We stayed at this lovely b and b this weekend past and found our time well spent! We were greeted at the door by Bernard who was very welcoming and friendly and we chose to stay in the upstairs room which was spotlessly clean and again felt very homely. As for the breakfast the next two mornings - well it... More

Spent a night here after a days walking in the Cotswolds. The room was clean, the beds where excellent, free wi-fi and a very friendly host. The place lies right beside the river Windrush , we would gladnyhet come back if we visitten this part of the Cotswolds again.

My sister and I spent a night here while on a Cotswolds walk. As a previous reviewers have remarked, it is an old fashioned B&B where the rooms are 'adequate' but the owners are friendly and super helpful, and the breakfast is excellent. We had two rooms, each of which had one of those beastly English showers which are small... More

Nice room and great view out over the stream however the bathroom was a little small and the room was freezing at night. Host welcoming but i'm not sure we are her client base as the other people staying their were all retired.

I stayed here with a friend for 2 nights recently and can't fault it. As previously described, it is a traditional B&B but the owners really do go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. Great location, only a 5 minute walk from the centre of Bourton, everything was spotless and breakfast delicious.

A traditional style B&B - the Windrush View is a bit of a mixed bag. The room was comfortable, but the ensuite was a bit awkward (possibly built into what used to be a cupboard space?). It is a bit out of the way, right on the road out of town, but then Bourton is a very touristy place and... More

It is hard to know how to rate places like the Windrush View. If you rate it compared to accomodation in general, its probably average compared to a nice hotel right on the river in a city. If you compare it to other B&Bs in smaller communities, it was excellent. So we give it a Four. The Windrush was right... More
