We stayed at the Dial house for one night to celebrate my wife's birthday Our room although comfortable it was on the ground floor ,which I had chosen ,but didn't realise that there was no view just frosted glass. The meal and service were excellent but fairly pricey also ,as I recall at the time they were lived for 3 courses... I can honestly say this was one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in. Room 9 was just beautiful. The food was out of this world and the staff couldn't do enough for you, Simon was amazing and really looked after us. Will be going back for a 3rd visit loved every minute of it.

Gorgeous hotel , in a gorgeous place and yes very good service ,however £152.00 for a round of drinks , 2 starters and 2 main meals the size of a postage stamp cannot be justified really ? and don't get me wrong we have eaten in some fantastic cordon bleu restaurants over the years , but this one was way... Good afternoon Tracey W, I am glad to see that you were happy with the service that you received during your recent visit . I do find your comments regarding the size and cost of your meal rather unfair. In terms of price £39 for two courses and £45 for three courses is very competitively priced for the calibre of... The staff at the dial house are really friendly and helpful. It's clear that they care about customer service and want your stay to be perfect. The room we stayed in, in the main part of the building was pretty and as expected in a historic building of this type and had a big beautiful free standing bathtub. It was... More

We stayed at the dial House for 4 nights. All staff were excellent and very obliging. The room was perfect and it was just as we had seen it on their website. Breakfast and dinner was carefully prepared, presented and tasted wonderful. All in all we had a wonderful, relaxing few days in a delightful location.

We stayed for two nights with a buyagift voucher, with bed and breakfast plus dinner on the first night this seemed a good deal, the dinner was close to perfect, the extra touches of canapés, an amuse bouché then three courses plus a pre dessert, chocolates with coffee it was worthy of many top restaurants, well worth the charge they... We stayed here for one night and had rooms 9 and 12. Both rooms were very spacious, clean and had lovely big bathrooms. The Dial House dates back to 1698 and is one of the oldest building still standing in the village - it even pre-dates the bridges over the River Windrush. The village is beautiful and ideal for a... dont get me wrong, we did enjoy our stay at the hotel, however we feel that is over priced. The village is beautiful and the hotel looks impressive set back from the road. However get inside , the rooms are very basic, small, but clean, the toilet door and other doors creaked, the bathroom was that small, the toilet was squeezed... More
