We stayed for one night towards the end of January. Before we arrived I'd communicated with Jess several times regarding my wife's birthday and some special arrangements for the room and everything was perfect when we arrived. The hotel staff were all excellent and couldn't be faulted. We stayed in a Premium room in the Coach House. It was very... More

Bourton on the Water is a picture postcard kind of place and we loved this chic, boutique, nicely presented hotel. It's right in the heart of the village and yet has a peacefulness and calmness that you wouldn't expect.

We stayed at The Dial House Hotel for three nights. The room was immaculate, warm (despite freezing weather outside) and very comfortable, with beautiful furniture in the bedroom and a huge bath in the bathroom. Staff went out of their way to be warm and helpful throughout. The only meal we ate at the hotel was breakfast, which was excellent.... More

After New Years Day at Cheltenham races we went for a treat and had a wonderful evening meal, followed by a walk in Bourton to see the christmas tree in the river all lit up (v. fun). Breakfast was especially nice with brulee porridge (you've gotta try it) and gave us the energy for a walk around the village followed... More

I spent three nicer in this very conveniently situated small friendly hotel in the centre of Bourton in the Water. The rooms though not large were very cosy and fully equipped. Ours had a view on to the back garden. Breakfasts were superb and cooked to perfection. The hotel is well situated in the centre of the town, so most... More

High quality boutique hotel with friendly staff. Limited number of rooms, not easily accessible for the elderly on the second floor! Expensive nouvelle cuisine type menus. Better to go to a local pub if you're hungry!

We are not long home from a fabulous stay at the Dial House Hotel to celebrate my Mum's birthday. The Hotel is beautifully situated in the village and is just lovely. We had three rooms between us, one in the main house and 2 in the coach house... All different and all really lovely. The Hotel has a fantastic feel... More

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely Hotel in the heart of the Cotswolds. Great location but offering a quiet escape in beautiful surroundings. Highlight was the meal and breakfast ... don't expect large portions as this Hotel is offering something a bit special food wise and we delighted in each course which was in itself a work of art... We booked a ground floor double room for one night and had the dinner with wine flight, the food and wine choices were superb, every course was not only a delight to the eye but a treat to the palate, I can't recommend it enough. The breakfast the following morning was once again wonderful. The only disappointment was the bedroom... More
