Great room and lovely location. Staff all very helpful and friendly, breakfast was good , plenty of choice and not rushed into leaving restaurant. We ate at the croft restaurant and food was good. Would definitely visit again.

A welcoming quiet hotel ideal for couples. The restaurant, serving great food, is just over the road and the bar is warm and great for winter breaks. Reasonable prices for good size rooms. Heating was a bit of a problem as it was not always on. Great location in a lovely little village. Highly recommended.

Such a lovely hotel. Made to feel so welcome the moment we arrived with our 1 year old. We stopped over to break up our long journey from east to west. We had an upgraded room which was very spacious (room 8) with the cot all sorted. The room's decor needs a bit of sprucing but they do redecorate in... More

Only stayed one night but room was fab. All staff were very friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. Ate at both the Croft and the Italian, both which were very reasonable priced and excellent quality.

Me and my girlfriend stayed for two nights. The hotels location is ideal, right in the middle of the village. The staff were fantastic and catered to our every need. The hotels Italian restaurant was perfect. We will definitely be coming back again!

Fabulous hotel in the heart of a picturesque part of the Cotswolds. This was our first visit to Bourton On The Water and we will definitely be back. The hotel was very cosy and comfortable and the staff were very friendly. We ate in the Italian restaurant on our first night and the Croft restaurant on the second, both meals... More

My hubby and I stayed here for two nights last weekend, the room was very clean and comfortable although as we didn't have a window as such ( we were on the ground floor with a glazed door and side panel ) it became very stuffy overnight which wasn't great, we had breakfast included and found the breakfast the second... Our favorite place to stay in the Cotswolds. The Chesterhouse staff is the best!!!! They are always friendly and extremely helpful. Great food and lovely clean rooms. The hotel is in the middle of a beautiful little village, convenient for walks. We've traveled to GB from the US many times and have picked our favorite places to visit and this... More
