Stayed over the Easter holiday at this delightful b&b, I found it extremely clean and very comfortable, also the host's could not do enough for us, I would highly recommend staying there when you are next in the Cotswolds.

We live in spain and stayed in this bed and breakfast in Bourton On The Water for 3 nights in march,what a lovely place to stay, very friendly hosts good breaky, and lovely rooms ,In the summer this place must be very popular,it has the ideal location for exploring the cotswolds.very highly reccomended.will stay again if in that area.

We recently stayed in this very room and it is extremely comfortable and very pretty. Angie and Tony are great hosts and the breakfast is as good as you will get anywhere and made with local fresh produce. Highly recommended.

We found this B&B as we approached Bourton on Water fairly late one night. We stayed two nights in the Annex across the parking area from the main house. The room was very spacious and comfortable. We visited The Lawns 3-7 Sep 2012 and had a wonderful time. The bed and breakfast is very comfortable and homely. The breakfast is delicious and plenty of it.
