A very friendly run B & B with excellent breakfast in a very cosy dining room. Our room was very comfortable and warm, and there was always plenty of hot water. Just watch your head on the sloping ceilings.

We stayed at the Lawns on 18th Oct 2014 for our second wedding anniversary. The b+b was really easy to get too and is situated just a short 10mins walk away from the village. Annie and Tony were so welcoming and friendly. We were put in room 4 which is in the main house and the room was superb. The... More

We stayed as a family in the three rooms that made up the cottage just a few steps from the main house. The rooms were really spacious and airy. Angela and Tony were really friendly and offered advice for places we could visit. The breakfasts were excellent, I will have to diet for a few weeks now! All in all... More

Quietly situated a 10min walk from the centre of Bourton, the Lawns is a lovely b&b. We were in the purpose built cottage just a few steps from back door of main house, in a large dual aspect en-suite room, which was clean with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was superb with "quality ingredients" cooked to order. Very relaxing stay -... More

My boyfriend and i stayed here for two nights for a romantic birthday surprise arranged by my boyfriend, (he took the hint!!) The bed and breakfast location was perfect, a short walk into the main town, the room was lovely, clean, spacious and well decorated. The breakfast was lovely, and the owner Angela was just as nice, friendly, helpful, and... More

We just stayed for 6 nights in The Lawns. Angela and Tony were very friendly and helpfull. They gave us a lot of tips where we could go to. The rooms were comfortly and very clean. The breakfast was perfect. We would highly recommend this B&B to everyone who like to visit the Cotswolds.

We stayed here for a single night and found the owners, Angie and Tony, very friendly and experienced in providing good accommodation and food. Location is easily accessible to the village. Room excellent - we did discuss the benefit of providing block-out curtain on the window particularly as when you are in bed you look directly at the window -... More

All four of us arrived at about 1630hrs in the afternoon thoroughly soaked and bedraggled having cycled from Winchcombe: Mine hosts Angie and Tony came out to meet us in the pouring rain, nothing being too much trouble: Our wet clothes were taken from us , socks, gloves placed on an indoor clothes line, whilst other articles went through the... I stayed here with my wife, my sister in law and her husband. The 2 rooms we had were finished and presented to a very high standard, I enjoyed my best nights sleep in a long time. Both rooms enjoyed great views, and Bourton a 10 minute walk away really is a 'chocolate box' village! Angela was a lovely host,... More

Finishing our second day of a four day walk through the Cotswalds, it was nice to see the B&B before we hit the town. Angie and Tony were very pleasant and the guest rooms built in a converted garage are very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely. The B&B was only a 10 minute walk from the centre of the...
