We enjoyed the Chedworth room, an upper room in the main house. Boris and Tina, the resident managers, made us feel welcome, and gave us excellent suggestions for local restaurants for dinner. Their breakfasts are superb!

We came all the way from NZ to meet friends, that we had not seen for several years, for the weekend. Our room was in the annex building. It was sub-standard, you could hear everything from the room below and next door. Every time a door was opened or closed, walking up the stairs and conversations. The bathroom floorboards in... Lovely house just 5 mins walk from the town. Parking available. In addition to our lovely room a resident@s lounge, conservatory and nice gardens are available. Breakfasts cooked to order and local produce used wherever possible. very good selection of cereals, fruit and cooked options. Our hosts, Boris and Tina are lovely people who could not have been more welcoming... More

I truly enjoyed my stay at the Cranbourne House and I must say it was because of the hospitality of Boris and Tina. This was my first trip to England, but most certainly not my first stay at a B&B. I felt at home from the moment I walked in the door. My room was quaint and clean, there was... More

I notice that, in all the reviews I've read, no one has been permitted to say anything less than laudatory without the owner jumping in to slap their hand. Nevertheless, this is my candid appraisal of our recent experience staying three nights in the Notgrove room. I agree whole-heartedly that Boris and Tina are excellent and resourceful hosts. They're young,... More

Dear Rebecca, We were delighted to read all the lovely comments you had for us. We are happy that you enjoyed the breakfast, your room, the shower and the location of Cranbourne House. We have to say it is indeed a smoked trout what is on our menu, but it has quiet a resemblance to salmon, which we understand can... More

The Cranbourne House was just lovely inside and out. The rooms were very spacious (not tiny and cramped as is so often the case in the Cotswolds). Everything was immaculate and the decor was beautiful and in keeping with the feeling of the village. The owners were wonderful- so helpful and nice! The Cranbourne House is a short stroll into... We decided to stay at Cranbourne house for 2 nights to celebrate our anniversary. From the minute we arrived, Boris ensured we were well informed of the facilities of the B&B. He showed us around then took our bags to our room and said if we needed anything we just had to ring the buzzer and he would appear. The... More

Near the heart of town, a five minute walk. Totally rennovated house with six sleeping rooms. Breakfast for half hour only but a half dozen choices, all freshly prepared plus fruit, yogurt and granola (homemade). Sleeping room very comfortable and fairly quiet-our room faced the road but not a lot of traffic after 21:00. Note: No Air-conditioning so hot weather... More

Dear Steve, Thank you for taking the time to post a review and for all the compliments you paid Tina and I and the house. Although the parking can be tight we do have spaces for 6 cars off road which is a real bonus in the village as its difficult to park in the centre. As you said we... More

From the minute I walked in the door, Boris ensured I was well informed of the facilities of the B&B, taking me on a guided tour and advising detail regarding breakfast and in-room facilities. We stayed in 'Notgrove' which Boris said he felt was the nicest room; although I didn't see the rest, this one is certainly lovely. A large... More

Thank you for your lovely review it really put a smile on our faces. We were delighted to read that you appreciated all the little touches in the rooms especially our home made cake.
