We stayed for 5 nights with Liz and Adrian in their smallest room Appledore and were very comfortable. The rooms are beautifully furnished with everything you need inc hair straighteners!. Breakfast had a very good variety with excellent service. We will be booking again for 2015.

My colleague and I stopped off overnight on a long-distance cycle ride. A very good choice. The accommodation is the same as you'd expect to find in a high-class hotel. Ample parking for cars and a magnificent breakfast prepared by Liz. Adrian made us feel very welcome. Lovely little touches such as the honesty bar and, on our arrival, a... More

We arrived later than expected because of a car problem, but Adrian was there to receive us. We had a beautiful reception that allowed us to feel welcome and to relax and enjoy our stay in Rye. Everything in this BnB is perfect. It's beautiful, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is delicious and varied. I recommend it without hesitation.

We have stayed at Willow Tree House before and were very happy to return. The atmosphere is so relaxing and Adrian and Liz make sure you have everything you need, nothing is too much trouble. The room we stayed in was beautifully furnished and so comfortable, spotlessly clean and relaxing. There was a large menu to choose from at breakfast... More

Just returned from what all of us agreed " the nicest, friendliest, and a Must return, in the near future. Could not find anything that did not rate 10 out of 10. Adrian and Liz were just the perfect couple who looked after us all from the minute we arrived. The room , so clean and attractive and the bed,... More

Adrian & Liz couldn't be more helpful. No effort was spared to make the rooms we stayed in comfortable, there was super quality linen & attractive furnishings. Breakfasts were perfect. There's secure parking & an easy walk into Rye town centre. Would recommend it wholeheartedly.

We arrived late as we were still finishing up from the wedding the day before so we phoned Adrian to let him know that our arrival would be around the 21:00 time😴 and he was very understanding and reassuring, which was nice as we were already a little nervous being newly weds! 😍 Willow Tree House was our first B&B,... Willow Tree House is a real 'gem' they deliver excellent B&B in every sense. I stayed one night in the Iden room...absolutely perfect. Following a 'Kings Breakfast' served by Adrian & Liz it's a great way to explore what Rye has to offer....this B&B is well worth visiting.
