Stayed there for Mr Toscano's wedding (see review below). Really nice place to stay. Although Rye is not the biggest place in the world it was still close to everything. A nice B&B with ok rooms, nice hosts and a pleasant atmosphere. However, weekend totally ruined by lack of sleep as hotel is directly opposite "Baileys bar and Night Spot" and "Ship pub". The B&B is located in easy access of Rye town centre and it's wonderful sights, restaurants and winding lanes while offering the quiet and peace we wanted on our break. What a delight! A few minutes walk from the train station, and walking distance to every attraction. Rooms were very clean, and the decor was charming. Traditional English Breakfast was scrumptuous!
