This is a stylish hotel with efficient and friendly staff. Our booking and checking in all went smoothly, and our bill at the end accurate. In fact the receptionist rang me a few days before to confirm the booking - no deposit was requested when originally booked. Arrived on a busy Saturday afternoon. Phoned ahead and the receptionist advised us to just pull up outside the hotel to unload our cases.
