Just wanted an overnight stay for 1 night following our Xmas meal Having checked prices at other nearby hotels this one came out less than half the price at £56 Wasn't expecting much but parked easily in the reserved parking space right in centre of rye for £5 straight into the hotel and met with lovely helpful lady (think she... Spent the weekend in this lovely town of Rye. This motel in the middle and easy walk to the main attractions. This Motel is lovely and clean and well maintained with parking. Warm and welcoming on this cold weekend. Tea coffee snacks in room. Fluffy towels. TVs and free wifi. With good connection. Will defiantly go back and use this... More

We stayed in this motel having found it as we walked by. The room was clean, and comfortable. The town is in easy walking distance. I liked the "honesty basket"... great idea. It was helpful to have the list of places for breakfast.

Rye is my home town although it is 50 years since I lived here. Therefore when six of my friends from Wales decided to visit with me it was my responsibility to find somewhere for us to stay. Rye's most important industry is tourism and because of it's small size and antiquity accommodation tends to be quite expensive even out... More

Myself, partner and 9yr old grandson stayed here 3 days ago. We shared a room which was very spacious and bright with 3 single beds and a shower room. We all slept extremely well. An electric kettle, coffee, tea, milk and biscuits were in the room and were replenished every day. The bathroom had a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, handwash,... More

This motel is overpriced for what you get. The place feels cheaply decorated and pretty uncomfortable and certain areas definatley need attention. If you want to sleep make sure you ask for a room at the rear as there is no air con and if you leave the windows open its very noisy in the front rooms. There are no... More

We recently stayed in this motel and spent £65 on one night there. The lady in reception was polite, friendly and very helpful so allayed my initial misgivings (it was the only place with rooms available on a bank holiday). There is a bed, a table with coffee/tea making facilities, a hair dryer, a single bedside table with a lamp.... More

We stayed here for two nights, having read positive reviews on Tripadvisor. We were very pleased with the accommodation - we had everything we needed in the room, which was spotlessly clean. The young woman on reception was very friendly - so can highly recommend as a low-cost base for exploring Rye and East Sussex. Breakfast not included, but there's... More

My wife and I had a one night stay and were both pleasantly surprised by the size and standard of the room. The friendly staff had stayed on as arranged a little later to check us in and the room was clean and perfect for a cheap night away. Highly recommended and great value, the nearest cafe we could find... More
