The service was excellent - very helpful bar staff and waitresses and the food was excellent value with a good range of desserts included in the price. Room OK and bed fairly comfy but bathroom very small, needing decorating and a deep cleaning. Very tricky entrance in to and out of car-park onto main road. We stayed as part of our travels along the Way. Room was large, beds comfy and the space was clean. Landlord of the pub was very welcoming - carvery for dinner was lovely, breakfast good and we even got a packed lunch.
