Not enough staff to tend to the clientele which leads to long queues. Young staff have no concept of... More

HOWEVER, I had booked a table for fathers day and we had a VERY long wait for our food, no one pre warned us when booking or when taking our order. Visited the Anchor Inn on 9th April, and found myself in a bit of a pickle after I accidentally reversed into a ditch!! I was really embarrassed but the owner and his son Toby were extremely lovely and helpful, I really appreciated their help getting my car out of the ditch.
