What a beautiful hotel - travelling on business so not able to appreciate all the amenities, but tranquil grounds, lovely characterful public rooms and relaxing, spacious bedrooms. Excellent food and wines, a super stay - highly recommended. more

This visit was about our 5th or 6th, each time we see more of the well kept grounds and get to know more of the staff, until recently we didn't even realise there was a swimming pool..... Newick Park is wthout doubt a brilliant wedding venue but thats about all. Its a very efficient, smooth operation but completely souless. They only seem to 'do' weddings, four or five a week, guests are customers, the staff are not encouraged to engage and whilst efficient are rather plastic. Rooms and food are, course, excellent. If you want peace and quiet with exemplary staff this is the place to go. Food was wonderful,and the room outstanding...admittedly we were given a complimentary upgrade as it was a quiet time of the week. We went for a friends' wedding and were supposed 2 take our 19 month old but at the last minute, decided against it. The room was lovely, and the travel cot had been set up for us. Our Wedding at Newick Park was truly the best day of our lives. The venue was beautiful, the service amazing and the whole day went so smoothly.
