Stayed for two nights (21/23 July). This is am ideal base for touring the surrounding countryside. Rooms are very comfortable, spotlessly clean with all the amenities that one expects. This is a B&B establishment, the breakfast is faultless, cereals etc, a massive cooked breakfast with all the trimmings (and I mean ALL the trimmings) toast coffee/tea etc. The premises are... More

Phil and Michelle are a charming and imaginative couple who have turned their house into a medieval manor. You come in from a very ordinary Hastings street and immediately enter a medieval world. The highlight is the very large medieval banqueting hall, magnificent with its medieval treasures and decor. We had a small double bedroom, Blondel room, again kitted out... More

We stayed in this lovely bnb last night and i would highly recommend it. We stayed in the four poster bed room, which was very comfortable. It was very clean and smelt very fresh which was welcoming. There was a wise assortment of teas and coffees in the room with a mini fridge of water and juices which was great.... More

This is a beautiful hotel with great hosts. Set away from The seafront but easily accessible by a short bus or cab ride. The hotel rooms are exemplary. Beautifully set out fantastic ensuite facilities with complementary toiletries. Wonderful breakfasts each and every morning. The hosts Phil and Michelle go above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfect. Would highly... More

This B&B in Hastings is superb. The owners, Michelle and Phill are very friendly and helpful hosts, giving us a lift to a local vineyard tour we had booked whilst staying with them, and providing local information and a map. The B&B is very clean, and the room we stayed in (Berdic room) had all facilities needed, including toiletries and... More

Phill and Michelle offer a warm welcome, a truly luxurious breakfast, and good advice about local attractions and dining. As the first stop for our party of four, just after flying from the States, this was a fine introduction to a holiday in England. I can only speak for a twin-bed room on the upper floor of the house (there... More

My husband found this lovely B&B last year, as I love things medieval, rustic and charming, but couldn't make it then because of run up to our wedding in December. well the wait was certainly worth it, from the minute we met Michelle and Phil we were made very welcome into their gorgeous home, its beautiful, we had the Perdigon... We chose this B&B because it seemed quirky (right up our street!) with a medieval theme and because we could already see good reviews. The owners were at the door to welcome us and couldn't have been more friendly or helpful throughout the stay. The attention to detail in decor, cleanliness, room comfort and the fabulous breakfasts was as good... More

My Husband found this homey B & B on the 1066 website and we were not disappointed. We arrived in Hastings on my birthday last friday afternoon and as soon as we came in we were greeted by Michelle & Phill with a smile. They were very kind and politely told us they were upgrading us to a bigger room... More
