I remembered that my Japanese friend often said to me that she wishes to try their open air bath. I Suddenly got an opportunity to visit Hastings and my booking had become complicated. However their administrative attitude was kind and prompt to solve the problems and always paid attention to my situatioin - thank you! Regarding Open Air Bath, I... More

Had a really lovely night, jacuzzi was a lovely way to relax, even on a cold December pool was so amazing... So warm had nice swim under the stars, we stayed in room five and although it's right next to breakfast room we heard no noise ... We were actually first in to breakfast at 9

Very warm welcome from Mr Kawasaki. Hotel is decadent and very quirky. Great location for walking into Hastings town, or getting a train. Fantastic bathroom with huge jacuzzi bath. No expense spared. We wanted for nothing, with free wifi, plenty of quality tea, coffee and water, lots of toiletries including bathroom slippers. Very comfortable bed, heating left on all night... More

Spend a weekend here with my wife on a short break away from London. Rooms are great - hot tub in the room is a great touch - simple but effective decor and just overall lovely vibe. The ability to have coffee/tea in the room is also a very good touch. Generally you cannot expect a lot from the breakfast... More

I just came back from a weekend away with my boyfriend and we both loved this hotel. The host was very welcoming and helpful, showing us around the beautifully decorated hotel before showing us to our room. Our room was just as lovely, decorated with a Japanese feel, continuing the theme throughout. There was a mini fridge with bottles of... More

When I first arrived at the address I wasn't at all convinced that I was in the right place - there's no obvious sign and it just looks like you're in a quite rundown neighbourhood. I did eventually get out of the car and head for the relevant house number, at which point I spotted a small plaque on the... More

My first impression of the hotel was not very favourable. Linton road was closed for road works but everyone seemed to squeeze their cars in anyway parking is free on the road from 18.00 till 08,00 and finding a free place can be difficult. The hotel is a large fairly unattractive terraced house and the front door (which needs sanding... More

What a lovely place, hidden in an ordinary street on a hill, after climbing lots of steps to get to the front door we were shown around the b&b, a spacious room with a lovely view of Hastings, a Jacuzzi bath and Spa pool in the garden for everbody to use. You get a choice of English or Japanese breakfast... More

We stayed here on for 3 nights. Good location to the town and seafront, 10 mins walk. We had room 2, no windows in bedroom area, though door through to en suite. Japanese toilet was good. Shower hot and powerful though flooded into the bedroom slightly as drain must've been blocked, it's a wet room, no cubicle. En suite has... More
