They boast a new modern look and part of me agrees, but looks can be deceiving. The reception was stark, there were 3 chairs and 2 tables, however the bar area looked warm and welcoming. The staff were around and you'd be lucky to spot one. We stood around for 20mins waiting for someone to check us in. The rooms... More

I am a disabled person and booked an accessible room. The room was close to the main entrance with easy access and plenty of room to manoeuvre a wheelchair. The bathroom was ideal with well positioned handrails and a level shower with a wall fixed seat. The hotel charges £3 per night to use their car park although this charge... More

Considering this is supposed to be one of the refurbished hotels this was decidedly average. Fittings and décor already starting to look tired. I don't think Premier Inn has much to be worried about if this is the standard of their new rooms. Bed was very comfortable but the rest of the room was pretty cheaply finished. Very, very hot... on arrival the place looked dated, friendly staff, but the room felt dirty I had to go out and buy bleach and dettol. I had to ask to have my floor clean. The room was very hot, we had to sleep with fan on ( outside temp was only 16). Just didn't feel clean carpets looked dirty couldn't wait to... More

Stayed here for 3 nights during the Eastbourne Airbourne show as couldn't find a suitable hotel in Eastbourne. Cost on average £60/night including breakfast but I have to say it was a pretty disappointing experience. Check in was OK but found the allocated room was on the first floor (no lifts in a hotel in the twenty teens??). As a... More

A disappointing visit. I would describe this place as cheap and nasty but its not all that cheap. Judging by this place the company ethos is to give poor value for money. The carpet obviously had not neen hooverd recently. No drawers in the room for clothes. No wardrobe- just hangers on a rail. Uncomfortable plastic garden type chair. Not... More

Stayed in August for one night in a family room. Great location - very close to Hastings sea-front. Parking expensive - not sure why there is a charge as the hotel is in its own grounds. Check-in simple. Room - fair sized and pretty good value for cost. Biggest problem in the room was the heat in there - it... More

Clean and functional room with telly and tea and coffee making facilities. It was perfect for an overnight stay whilst visiting friends in the area. Comfy bed and quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

Practical and affordable place to stay if you need a base but not looking for luxury. Food is expensive for what you get but plenty of places surrounding for eating so not an issue. Family room was a good size(comfortably fit 2 adults & 2 children.

We stayed here for our anniversary, and sadly had an awful stay! Costly car park (we stayed 2 nights) bed was uncomfortable, bathroom door was unsturdy and was able to see into the bathroom with it closed... Bar and food was minimal and only one member of staff serving reception aswell as the bar/food! Wouldnt stay here again
