Spotless, welcoming hotel that wipes the floor with another local spa hotel we recently visited (in terms of cleanliness and warmth to customers!). I found the room comfortable, though the child's bed is perhaps not sturdy enough for an older child -maybe age should be taken into account and a better bed provided for larger children? The main bed was... More

Stayed here for 2 nights. Booked in early & was charged £10 for it, not sure why as the room was ready & waiting. Room basic but clean, double bed fabulously comfortable as advertised. No toiletries supplied at all, even their basic shower gel was empty & a light above the mirror wasn't working, but it was OK for what... More

The hotel itself was clean comfortable and offered an great breakfast and decent bar. This is the best Travelodge I have stayed in due to the staff and amenities. Would stay here again and hope the next Travelodge I stay... More

An uprated bed in a clean room. Slept well. Room was clean as always. Only complaint about the hotel itself is a lot of stairs and no lifts which with heavy cases can be a bit of an issue. Staff were very helpful to the point that I think there must be a staff competition to see who gets the... More

We stayed for one Saturday night at the end of our holiday on our way home. We had booked two rooms, a family room for our 18 year old daughter and 13 year old son and a double room for us. When we arrived only the family room had been booked and we were told the hotel was full. Eventually... More

Had a fantastic stay here, Hastings is great for the kids (Clambers soft play centre is a 5 min walk away, could stay there all day with the kids, it has indoor soft play, outdoor climbing frame and a paddling pool section with picnic tables! Keep your receipt for a free return visit within 7 days). We booked well ahead... More

Had a lovely 2 nights here. Staff could not have been more helpful they were wonderful. Close to the seafront and although a hill to walk up to get back, it helps work off the ice creams! We would stay again.

On our return we did see some décor improvements, the staff were brilliant, carried our case to room and offered help to the car un-prompted ! The dining room was not very warming but functional, food was well presented but limited on choice, as was the NO British Beer policy Travelodge seem to operate! You have to pay for the... More

We stayed one night in a disabled access double on the ground floor. The room was clean and very comfortable and the bed mattess, pillows and duvet ensured that we had a very good night's sleep. We prebooked the full breakfast which was great value with lots of choice including juices, cereals, muffins, croissants, yogurts and a selection of hot... More
