I stayed at the White Rock Hotel after just moving to the UK. This hotel was a home away from home. The staff were very helpful and friendly, the facilities are very clean and comfortable. It is easily accessible to the main shopping area and the old town and it's right next to the beach.

A quirky hotel but sadly one that I will not be returning too. Whilst the rooms we had were adequate, the corridors were narrow and the lift access inadequate, which meant that navigating the strange layout of the hotel with children and luggage was difficult and unpleasant. The room had several things go wrong, including a cold shower, a dangerous... More

At short notice we had to organise a 'Wake' and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. The buffet was plentiful and not too pricey. Our whole party stayed at the hotel. My wife and I were very happy with the bedroom and the view was cracking. You might be excused for giving the place a miss... It looks a... More

I have stayed here for a one night stay on 2 occasions. The first time I stayed I had a room on the first floor at the back of the hotel. The girl at reception checked me in and took me up to my room & talked me through the facilities which I thought was a nice touch. There is... More

Stayed at the hotel for Valentines weekend The hotel is well situated right on the sea front and 15minutes walk from the old town which has plenty of good pubs/restaurants. We stayed in a first floor room with sea view which was fine however we do have a few small gripes.. • The room did get very hot but guess... More

This hotel is slightly outside of Hastings, about a 10 minute walk along the seafront. It is opposite the pier that is being rebuilt and I hope this brings additional custom to this hotel. The staff were amazingly helpful and polite. All were versed in customer service and cleanliness. The food is excellent with residents enjoying a discount when staying.... More

This hotel is dog friendly, rooms need a bit of TLC especially in Bathrooms. We stayed in a first floor bedroom with sea view. We enjoyed our stay but we're sorry the hotel was let down by the kitchen and waitressing staff at breakfast only. Management were quick to respond and didn't charge us.

Website for this hotel is really stylish. Hotel itself is really well located on the Esplanade in Hastings, directly across from the Pier (under construction), 15 min walk to the Old Town. Our family room itself looked pretty good - beds well made and room quite comfortable. Unfortunately we had issues with our bathroom. The shower head wasn't fitted properly,... More

If you're out and about with your four legged pal, it doesn't get better than this. Dogs are allowed in the rooms and in the cafe/restaurant. Eating here, whether for breakfast, lunch or supper, represents excellent value for money. We need more places like this.

This hotel ticks all the boxes for an overnight stay in Hastings. It is on the see front, it has parking and it is close to shops and restaurants. First sight however was the rather weather beaten exterior which could do with a fresh coat of paint. The lobby and lounge area has undergone a refurbishment and is impressive. The... More
