Stayed here night before a business trip to Rye which was a 25 minute trip the next morning. Easy to find plenty of parking and a friendly welcome by all staff. Room smelt a little fusty but opening window cured that and hotel was probably not that busy during time I visited. Situated next to a large Sainsburys and McDonalds... More

I have stayed here twice in the last month. First time wasn't so great as they had builders in fitting solar panels to the roof. I had just got back form holiday and was very jet lagged and was planning to sleep through, i was woken up by drilling, hammering, very loud. Was surprised this wasn't mentioned at point of... More

From start to finish, our stay was friendly and went very smoothly. The beds are very, very comfortable. We booked 2 rooms which were situated close together upon arrival which became very handy and my 2 daughters were in the other room. All staff were very friendly. There was scaffolding on the outside of the building so it's good to... More

we stay at premier inn frequently, and usually have dinner in the restaurants. This time we decided to try the breakfast while on route home. What a disappointment. We arrived and were shown to a table by waitress who said she would give us a few moments to look at the menu, not that we needed a few minutes as... More

Nice room excellent wi-fi and pleasant staff, all went very well for our short stay. Attached Brewers Fayre did a nice specially-cooked breakfast with a good range of other items available. If it's cheep and cheerful you want, it was fine.

I an a big fan of Premier inns but this is not one of the best. The building is a poor 1970-80 design so does not look impressive or well laid out. On checking in the female member of staff was as efficient as normal but a young man decided it was best to try and distract her by inhaling... More

We stayed here for one evening with two of our sons so booked a family room and thankfully they gave us two single beds, the room was clean and very spacious also there were extra pillows and plenty of towels. My only little thing was I thought the room was very warm but no one else did so maybe that... More

Our room was positioned directly above the Loading Bay. We were awoken be Lorries making deliveries in the early hours of the morning. The windows are not sound proof and air seeps in through the seals. The staff were not very apologetic or empathetic, they just moved us to another room when we requested it.

The Premier Inn was clean and comfortable, and very convenient to the A21. Staff very helpful. Room was clean and comfortable but we had a noisy door slamming in reception. (Avoid room 14.) Don't rely on the Brewers Fayre for food. Atrocious attitude and service. We used local pubs down town. Even Sainburys cafe is better!
