Have stayed here 3 times now and recommended it to family who have also stayed there. Lovely people, quite location, breakfast lovely, rooms are spotless and you are made feel very welcome Only place I would stay in Hastings

Although the room was small, it was beautifully dressed and had everything we needed. The location was just great! It was a 10 minute walk to the sea and old town. Our host was happy to give us recommendations on restaurants and we were not disappointed. It was a very nice stay.

I went to Hastings for a half marathon, which Vicky was also doing. I had room 8, single room. It had everything I needed, and the shared bathroom was nearby and very clean. I had the good fortune to stay here for 9 weeks whilst working in Hastings. A very friendly, clean house with optional breakfast which was excellent. I would highly recommend this if you are ever looking for somewhere to stay in Hastings. The beach and excellent restaurants are a 5 minute walk away

A warm welcome with information and a parking permit for the local car park. A lovely well appointed room with many nice extras including a mini fridge, free tea, coffee, biscuit andwater jugs by the bed better than a five star hotel. I would definatly recommend it Vicky and Steve where very welcoming. The accomodation was great aswell, very comfortable and stylish.

The weekend was made better for us by the warm friendly welcome we recieved, the room, food and cleanliness was great, and being in walking distance of places to eat and drink we had a very good stay at a very comfy guest house.
