very disserpointed and waste of money. we were greeted by the smell of urine. i noticed it was comining from the staff toilet. the smell was still there the next day and put me off my breakfast.talking of breakfast, one of the staff told me it was from the mens urinals and the smell was given her a headache.it really... Churchill Hotel is unusual as it is three business's in one. The front of the building is a Chinese Restaurant, to the side is a bar and upstairs is the accommodation. Just got back from Hastings, after a lovely weekend break, stay a Churchhills hotel, was a bit concerned when we pulled up, to see a Chinese restaurant but was pleasantly surprised to find a friendly welcome, and a lovely big clean room, breakfast was included in the price which was very nice, will come back again to stay

On arrival a small carpark but with street parking aswell, greeting from the receptionist was warm even though the reception was the bit where people order their takeaways! The room was very spacious and clean the bed was very comfortable and the shower was okay. Only a couple of disappointments with the breakfast, no youguts, no menu and the cooked... More

Firstly....... Theres no jukebox which i found very dis-heartening. I brought my own pool cue then found out their was no table. the myth they call les watched me on the machine an cleaned. On the upside i think taking card payments is great and the locals are really pleasent and im glad i met blair .. X

Stayed here several times about 7 times , very pleasant stay,great breakfast,great night in bar,great authentic Chinese restaurant can dine or have in room,staff very nice,service very nice,good parking,nice big park around the corner with nice lakes,close to sea front,I feel very comfortable there,and not to expensive,clean comfortable rooms,

Working in Hastings for a few days found this great little hotel / bed breakfast. Amassing old converted English pub converted into a hotel, pub, restaurant very reasonable price with breakfast, very clean rooms, good staff and to top that you will be amazed with the Chinese restaurant, poss the best Chinese decor in the country. i stayed with my kids overnight for a wedding nearby its clean staff are friendly pub cosy didnt try the restaurant if you need a basic place to put your head down it does the job no noise considering its upstairs from pub ample parking but does smell of stale food thats my only complaint

Great loved our stay and will be going back. Churchills Hotel Hastings, Great food, Quirky with the chinese theme, made us very welcome , clean nothing to much trouble. Just outside town but only five mins drive. Easy parking. Clean rooms and comfy bed. Ample room for clothes etc.

very nice and relaxed hotel i have stayed there 6 times and if i go Hastings again will stay there again, nice food nice staff nice location Alexandra park across the road the sea front not very far, good parking,great price with breakfast included,nice Chinese restaurant in the hotel,
