I cannot speak highly enough. We used to come to the supper clubs here to see if we wanted to have our wedding there. They were great! It was £35 each and all the wine you could drink with amazing food to share. We came to three or four including the christmas one. They were so helpful and amazing with... More

This is one of the best B&B hotels I have stayed in anywhere! It’s a beautiful historic house, in which every detail of the restoration has been carefully thought through. The Crown Room lived up to its name! It’s a spacious, light, decadent and sumptuously luxurious room. Using the WC each time is equivalent to mini lecture in any given... More

Spent one night at the Old Rectory on a gorgeous summer's day and fell in love with the place. So where to start..... The place oozes with style and as you walk through the door, the pressures of the world miraculously just disappeared. Staff are delightful and they couldn't do enough to make sure we had everything, the breakfast was... More

This bed/breakfast is wonderful. It is located in Walking distance to the old town and George Street. Rooms are comfortable and nicely furnished, very good taste. Nice Lobby on the ground floor and a beautiful garden. Staff are really nice and helpful. The breakfast is not a buffet but the choice is really good, lots of homemade stuff. We loved... More

A lovely spot in old Hastings. Nice location, excellent value, owners work very hard to look after guests. Although close to A259, generally quire quiet. Garden rooms likely most quiet. Adjacent church is fascinating.

We stayed here for one night on a weekend away in May, booked last minute on the Friday night after seeing other reviews on trip advisor. The reviews were not wrong, beautiful building, great rooms, lovely staff, fantastic setting. On arrival the manager brought us tea and cake from the chef, the breakfast is amazing if you like good food.... More

We recently stayed at the Old Rectory for two nights for my husbands birthday. When we arrived we were warmly welcomed by the manager with coffee and cake before taking us to our beautiful room overlooking the garden. The whole place is very stylishly decorated and really well located in the old town of Hastings- really close to the seafront... More

We recently stayed for 2 nights. A beautiful old building with a fabulous garden in the old part of Hastings. A 5 minute walk from the seafront. The hospitality is warm and friendly. We arrived in the afternoon and were offered a tea tray with delicious home made cake. We were in the Ebenezer (plate) room. A large airy room... More

Located in the old part of Hastings town and a short walk from the sea front - This is a lovely "Inn" with a stunning garden and very tasteful interior - The owners and the Manager Liam are all very helpful and friendly in a genuine way rather than just a tourist Hotelkeeper way. At Breakfast Liam becomes the Chef... More
