Me and my partner stayed four nights the breakfasts were so good such a choice !! The room we stayed in was very comfortable and clean and all the staff were lovely . We would definitely recommend this to all of our friends and we will stay again next time we visit Hastings

A beautiful front entrance over flowing with lavender in the summer months. The inside is has been completely refurbished to modern clean shabby-chic feel, very Pottery Barn type interior. Bubbly staff there to assist you. Limited parking in the drive, so you may have to street park which is a pain. Excellent location for walking down to the beach etc.... More

We moved to this B&B from a sister site when we found the room there too small. We had a really pleasant stay and were made to feel so welcome. The room was large, the breakfast was great and the location was outstanding.
