We stayed for one night with other family members. The rooms was clean tidy and well presented. The bathroom was spacious and clean. Decoration was modern but in-keeping with the building. Breakfast had a good selection and was freshly cooked with local produce. Overall one of the best guest houses I've stayed in. Highly recommended

We booked for one night and on our arrival were upgraded. The owners were welcoming and very helpful. Breakfast was very good. We had no problems with parking. We would stay at the Sea Spirit again if we returned to Hastings.
