The location, rooms, services and staff - are all just right. Its very conveniently located next to the train station (a 2-3 minute walk), which is pretty much in the centre of town and at one end of the high street, leading down to the sea. It is a lonely walk to the hotel past 10pm so it can be... More

Dear Sowmyaa Thank you for taking the time to write a review and for your very kind words. As you mention, we are very conveniently located just behind the train station but the area is very well lit and, as you say quiet. A lot of people do comment in a positive vein about this vey point – how quiet... More

I was impressed with Manchester Jury's Inn, so was pleased to be booked into the Brighton one when my conference details came through. Right next to the station, so no taxi charges or having to lug a suitcase for miles - excellent! Friendly reception staff - great! Room very clean, as expected - good so far. Hmm, wait a minute...... Dear Jane K Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I too was disappointed to read your comments and hopefully the following will address these. The Hotel was built 7 years ago and the bedroom configuration you speak of will be addressed next year during our refurbishment. The city and indeed the Hotel was exceptionally busy over... More

Stayed 5 nights in April this year. Hotel is as functional as what a hotel should be. The room is clean, spartan and again functional. the plus is the staff is very helpful. We arrived in the early morning at about 7am n the reception is kind enough to let us check in. This is a great blessing after a... More

Dear xin_zer Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I really do take all my guest feedback very seriously but was slightly disappointed in regards to your overall rating considering your nice words about our staff, breakfast, cleanliness etc. Some Hotels offering a similar standard of accommodation and services do include stationary and possibly a mini fridge... Lovely one night stay with an amazing breakfast. Porridge, crepes, bagels, fresh melon, crusty bread, lots of kid friendly cereals and a full cooked breakfast too. The staff were really helpful and there was plenty of space in our room for the two extra beds so we could fit all four of us. Thank you!

Booked this hotel for 2 nights at short notice as my young daughters and I decided to visit Brighton. We got a good deal on the room and saw it was near the station, in addition I noticed that the Hotel Manger appears to answer every single review. I thought that this was very impressive and indicates that they do... More

This is a pretty standard Jury’s Inn, which is to say it’s clean, modern and very good value. It has a couple of location specific drawbacks. The room was of a good size and clean, but was sold as a twin when the second bed is a very basic fold out single sized chair-bed that offers very little comfort. This... More

Dear TSLee53 Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I was slightly disappointed to read your review. As Brighton second largest Hotel, we will have a variety of guest staying with us. Spent a weekend at this hotel and it was perfect for a weekend break. Large rooms. ,,I didn't try breakfast as there are several small cafes close by. Bar prices are a little pricey....30 for a bottle of prossecco...ouch! Overall, worth a stay.

We stayed one night here and were very pleasantly surprised. We arrived early and were given a room without any difficulties. Despite being right next to the train station, very handy, we were not disturbed at all. We were travelling with two children, aged 8 & 9, and staying in a family room. Their bed was a sofa bed and... More
