Nice new hotel with a plush entrance. Check in was ok, shame we wern't told that our entry cards are used to switch on the electric in our room. Thought we'd had a power cut. Good for the environment though as people can't leave lights etc on when they leave as they take their entry card out of the electricity... more

A group of us stayed at the jurys inn during june to attend a conference. We were all pleased with the hotel itself. First of all, if you book on line the hotel sends you a postcode which takes you to about 2 miles away from the hotel so that was pretty useless. I arrived by train and although I somehow managed to get lost even though its only 2 minutes walk from the station - there is a signpost pointing out the hotel if in doubt.
