This was just what we were after. Our room was comfortable and VERY clean - had a good comfortable night's sleep and a wonderful Breakfast the following morning, the location was perfect - only a few minutes walk to beach, pier, culture quarter and lanes. - nothing really outstandingly brilliant except Chris and Terry who really wanted to be sure... more

I chose the detination as a weekend away to celebrate my wifes birthday and utilised Trip advisor to find those with the highest rating. Bannings at Number 14 has been consistently in the top 10 for many months now and currently runs at no.5. It was not the best time of year to be travelling to a holiday destination, but... more

We've been there just a couple of days but the staff(Chris and terry) along with the city made our journey unforgettable. The Hotel is very near to all Brighton's main attractions and just 10 minutes from the railway station(6 pounds or so via taxi). This is the best place you can find to stay in Brighton.Highly recommended! Chiara and Ale more

This was a lovely place to stay in a handy location – a couple of minutes walk to the sea and 10 minutes from the city centre. Its rare to find a B & B where the atmosphere, cleanliness and breakfast surpass your expectations but this is it..... Terry & Chris and very welcoming hosts and nothing seems to be to much trouble from offering advice on the best nightclub for the over 40's - we found the FunkyFish about 5 mins walk - the best restaurants... more

From the minute I arrived Chris and Terry were the best of Hosts. They went out of their way to help at every turn. the rooms were well furnished and spotlessly clean.
