Four ladies on a birthday celebration. Chris and Terry were so friendly and helpful. The rooms are nicely decorated and very clean. The breakfast is very generous and cooked in the kitchen just off the dining area so you can see how fresh it is. We would highly recommend this B&B and would come back if visiting the area again. more

We visited Brighton to celebrate our anniversary and spent 2 nights staying at Number 14. We arrived at lunchtime on Saturday, absolutely boiling due to the hot weather, and 3 hours before the check-in time. This was no problem, however, for our fantastic hosts who checked us straight into our room, carried our really heavy case up the stairs and... more

Due to sickness and change of personell, our branch administrator changed our accomadation booking arrangements for attending our national conference three times. Each change was accomadated with courtesy and understanding. On arrival, i was immediately made to feel at home and after a brief chat, shown to my room which was large and comfortable. In the morning the breakfast was... more

Our visit to Brighton was made all the more enjoyable because of our stay at this guest house. There are too many pro's to list but in a nutshell, our hosts and the service they provided, their location and Brighton itself helped to provide a perfect weekend for my daughter and I. Having never visited Brighton before, our hosts extended... more

This was our first family visit to Brighton and chose No. 14 as it seemed to represent good value for money based on the reviews we saw. We were not disappointed. We located the guest house with no difficulty (just a little help fron satnav). Host Chris was waiting to advise us about parking arrangements and were luck enough to... more

Previous reviews on Tripadvisor were the main reason for choosing this B&B for our weekeknd in Brighton and we weren't disappointed. On arrival we were made to feel very welcome and were quickly sorted out with somewhere to park (at £5 per 24 hours) while our bags were taken up to our room on the first floor. We had booked... more

Easy to book over the net with a nice confirmation phone call from Terry as we were travelling to Brighton. Our trip was for the London to Brighton bike ride and Chris and Terry went out of their way to arrange somewhere secure at the premises next door where we could leave our bikes overnight. On arrival nothing was too... more
