I really loved my three nights here. The owners were so friendly, polite, and inviting, I felt like I was a guest in someone's home (which I suppose I was). The room was very comfortable, well-appointed, and quiet. Breakfast was delicious and the coffee was reassuringly excellent.

First class b&b. Friendly, clean, excellent breakfast. Well situated for town and seafront. Would use every time we visit Brighton in the future. Enjoyed the whole stay. Room was comfortable and very clean. With plenty towels, soaps and tea and coffeee. Room was cleaned each day and restocked. A realy 5 star b&b

We booked this B&B before we left as we have stayed in this road before and we weren't disappointed in our choice of venue. Terry was lovely and very helpful. The room was very tastefully decorated and quiet. The B&B is in a very good location being a 10 minute walk from the city centre and 2 minutes from the... More

Terry was incredibly welcoming and so was Beau the beautiful French Bulldog, what a sweetie! We stayed in a clean warm room and the hotel was a 5 min walk into town. Had a fab night out on the town and in the morning we had an awesome full English with a constant supply of coffee. Planning to go back... More

I spent two comfortable, well-slept nights here and felt very well looked after. Room was clean and compact with en suite shower - not large, but it didn't need to be for the time I was going to spend there. Extra points because I'm over 6' tall and the bed was a good length for me. I had no problem... More

Stayed for one night and was perfect for what we needed. Our room was fine. The bed was comfy and it was spotless. Terry the landlady was so lovely and very helpful. Breakfast was superb and hit the spot. Would definitely recommend. Big group of us all staying at various hotels in brighton. The breakfasts they got at the royal... More

What a great B & B to stay in. Perfect location and only a couple of minutes to walk to the beach and not much further into town. The service is great, they sorted out the parking for us straight away. The rooms are very clean but not a lot of room to move. Very friendly hosts.

Wonderful service. Terry is so lovely and friendly and goes out of her way to make sure you're comfortable. Not the newest rooms or facilities, but very clean and tidy. Close to the beach and only 10min walk to town. I'll definitely stay there again.

Amblecliff is the best B+B I have stayed in while in Brighton. The lady who runs the place is simply lovely. The room was very tasteful, and not to womanly. The breakfast was worth getting up for, they call it a "Full English". They even have the cutest little dog. Ask Terry about her wedding album, and maybe if you... More

My friend and i just stayed in this b&b for 2 nights after looking at the reviews online and the website. We booked a twin room and were very disappointed, it bore no resemblance to the smart ones on the website. The room was up 3 flights of stairs and the decor in the property got increasingly more 'tired' as... More
