I cannot rate this guest house highly enough. We had the Garden Room and it was absolutely lovely; very clean with everything you could need. Elaine and her team were incredibly helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great with a very good selection and the location couldn't have been better. Next time I am in Brighton this is the place... more

Have been to Brighton a number of times and stayed in many of the Hotels along the sea front and have been quite disappointed with the room for the price I have paid!! This B&B on the other hand, was perfect! The Amblecliff is very well situated for everything Brighton has to offer and only a very short walk form... more

Extremely helpful before arrival with parking arrangements and directions.............unbelievably easy to find and we'd never been to Brighton before! Parking close as booked. Easy check-in upon arrival. Rooms clean and wonderfully warm (radiators with thermostatic valves so easily personally adjustable). Powerful shower. Breakfast with good selection from full english to continental. Extremely friendly and helpful landlady, very welcoming......home from home.... more

We spent a weekend at the Amblecliff. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. The rooms are nice and clean. A short walk from The Pier, The Pavillion and Sealife so even with the bad weather we still had a lovely time with our young son. more

We were looking for a cheap overnight stay, which MUST include a traditonal breakfast. We stayed for one night and were pleased with our choice overall. The owner is very friendly and helpful. I would have prefered a room with a bath instead of a shower but having booked the day before no rooms with baths were left. (my fault!)... more

It also has a little court yard for exclusive use which we really enjoyed. Breakfast was really good (cooked to order) which to dont... more
