This guest house is by far the best guest house I have stayed in. Firstly the location is superb (short walk to pier and bars etc) Customer service is genuinely excellent and they couldn't do enough for you. They are EXACTLY like they are on the website. I stayed here with 7 others as our good friend was running her... More

Can't believe I didn't review this earlier, we actually stayed in March 2012. We were in one of the biggest rooms at the top which had a massive jacuzzi bath in the room - loved it. I loved the decor of the room and it was by far the comfiest bed I have ever slept in! The weather in Brighton... More

Our stay began by a warm welcome by owners Kieran and Chris who helped us with parking and things we needed to do round Brighton, as well as helping us to our room. The location is ideal, with the sea right at the end of the road and lots of independent shops and supermarkets close by. We were impressed by... More

The b&b is on a side road opposite the wheel and pier. Parking is a problem if all the available permit spots have been taken, it is also £10 a day to park. The area isn't very smart, a pub opposite, tesco metro on the corner, but the b&b is very convenient for the Pavilion and The Lanes. Our room... More

We arrived for 3 night stay and was given a warm cheery and laughable welcome. Assisted to our room with huge case lol. Room 5 was lovely decorated and bed so comfortable. Advised on places to visit whilst in Brighton and B and B is located in heart of Kemptown (gay area). Seafront at one end of street and shops... More

My wife and myself stayed for 2 nights here in April. Kieran and Chris the owners made us feel very welcome upon arrival, very relaxed. We stayed in room 7 with the 4 poster bed and giant walk in shower in the bedroom. Plenty of space, clean and warm with a very comfy matress, eveything you could need for a... More

My wife and I stayed three fabulous nights at The Griffin and cannot recommend it enough to anyone looking for that extra special place to stay whilst in Brighton. The hosts were extremely helpful before and throughout our stay, and whilst others on tripadvisor have commented about the breakfast, i have to say that truly the best breakfast combination ever... My girlfriend booked room 8 for my birthday. I was looking forward to sampling Brighton's nightlife but when a dodgy meal at a local town restaurant meant it was an early night, I was not particularly happy. However, the room was amazing. The bed is so soft I had one of the best nights sleep I've ever had. The selection... More

My wife and I stayed here recently to celebrate my birthday and it was fantastic from the moment we arrived to when we left. Kieran and Chris are great hosts and make sure you have a relaxing stay, and very kindly presented us with a bottle of bubbly as my wife had told them we were celebrating. Breakfast was interesting... More
