We stayed in the Westborne Room at the front of the hotel for a party in Hove. We were welcomed by a very friendly member of staff who showed us to the room, explained that everything we could see was included in what we had paid - wine - soft drinks - crisps and nuts - oh and the chocolates!... more

Our room was at the top of the house and nice and quiet apart from the rather squeaky bed - the room wasn't huge but big enough. Stayed a couple of single nights recently on business trips, I can't fault the place. Spotlessly clean, comfortable rooms and an excellent breakfast. What more can you expect from a B&B? Reception staff friendly; little treats in room yummy. Stayed two nights and had more chocolates, wine, coca cola etc the second day. Bed comfortable, bathroom had lovely shower and huge bath with plently of hot water. Felt like it was a real holiday. Enjoyed breakfast especially the blueberries and strawberries to put on the muesli! more
