We have stayed at the westbourne room for three nights. The room was neat, with chocolates and wine waiting for us every day! The breakfast was quite large and the staff were extremely friendly. Good location and a 6 pound taxi ride from the train station. Would definitely return again! more

Seafield House is well positioned very close to both the promemade and Hove shops and resteraunts. We stayed in the Westbourne room on the ground floor. It was large, nicely decorated, clean, warm and with a very comfortable bed. There were generous complimentary goodies - wine, soft drinks bottled water, chocolates and nuts as well as the usual teas and... more

Our short break in Brighton (2 parents, 2 student children) was booked at 2 days notice just before the start of term. We brought our faithful labrador and so needed 'dog friendly' accommodation - Seafield obliged with a generous last minute discount for two rooms. Excellent breakfasts, friendly but unobtrusive service, free parking, internet and 'green energy policies' are particular... more

Having visited the area a number of times before it was a very pleasant change to find a clean and comfortable place to stay. Our room was beautifully decorated and furnished and we were supplied with Tea/Coffee making equipment, Complimentary drinks and Mints. Shampoo and Liquid Soap was provided by dispensers and even Bath Robes were neatly hanging for our... more

We stayed for one night, and it proved to be a convenient and well located base to visit our friends in Hove. It was only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Car parking here was fantastic - free and we were able to keep our parking space for the whole day, after checking out, which we really appreciated. It... more

We stayed in the Westborne Room at the front of the hotel for a party in Hove. We were welcomed by a very friendly member of staff who showed us to the room, explained that everything we could see was included in what we had paid - wine - soft drinks - crisps and nuts - oh and the chocolates!... more

Our room was at the top of the house and nice and quiet apart from the rather squeaky bed - the room wasn't huge but big enough. The bathroom was a good size but the shower was pretty bad, lots of the water went out of the side, rather than the front. But everything else was great, loved the mini... more

Stayed a couple of single nights recently on business trips, I can't fault the place. Spotlessly clean, comfortable rooms and an excellent breakfast. What more can you expect from a B&B? Sure the rooms aren't huge, sure there is no reception and you are rather left to your own devices, but it's a B&B not a 4 star hotel! Next... more

myself, partner and 4 yrd old needed somewhere near the sea, a place in good clean condition with ease of use. This is exactly what we got. Parking spots (often a problem when staying in Brighton) were booked free of charge with the hotel, we arrived and were given a cheery welcome and shown to our room. The room was... more
