Good points: very near Brighton, off road car parking. Cant think of any others... Otherwise: total rip off: £80 a night double B&(b?). We stayed at this b&b this weekend and had a lovely break. The room was spacious airy light and clean. Breakfast is brought to your room. Cereal, juice, toast, yogurts and tea or coffee. The bathroom tiles have seen better days but that's the only fault we could find. There is free parking which is nigh on impossible to find... More

I found this B & B on the South Coast Road, with free parking which is hard to find near Brighton, there are bus stops right outside taking you to Brighton in one direction and Eastbourne the other, plenty facilites nearby to suit any age group and if you dont fancy the hussle and bustle of busy Brighton, then nearby... The room was very shabby and in need of a great overhaul. Shower was falling apart. We could not beleive the breakfast which was brought in to us. We were given cereal and toast. Not what you would expect at £40 per person. We have never stayed at a place of this condition before and will never stay there again.... More

Stayed here for the weekend, and would not recommend it , the so called complimentary breakfast was served in the room and was bread and cereal not exactly continental. Very tired, could do with a good clean and up grading, very very over priced, and breakfast was a disgrace. Towels in the bathroom felt like cardboard.
