Great location - right near the pier and about 15 minutes walk to the lane-ways. We were really lucky and had the front room right off the street. It was quiet, clean and comfortable. Breakfast included although despite them being generous, there are lots of very nice cafes nearby to choose from if you want something that isn't as basic.... More

Would definitely recommend this place to anyone that is looking for somewhere to stay in brighton. Its clean, friendly, excellent location and brilliant prices. If I go back to Brighton, I would be choosing this place to stay. Also, you get breakfast in bed brought up too!! :-)

Upon arrival we were extremley happy with the location of the B&B, it was next to the sea and a stone throw away from the pier. The decore was a tatty, the walls could do with a fresh coat of paint, but over all the room was fine. the receptionist maria was extremly friendly and happy to talk us through... More

Stayed here not so long ago with my sister. After our trip to France had to be cancelled. First impressions weren't fabulous as the front door was locked and had to wait 10 minutes for someone to realise we were there. Check in was rude and abrupt. Saying we hadn't paid, when we had. Room was small for a twin... More

Strawberry Fields is in an excellent location. The hotel is basic but it's all you need for a short break, the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast in the room idea is such a good idea and a great way to start your day. We went for a girlie weekend and i,d recommend it to all, the only... More

A clean, fresh, simple room with some lovely little (strawberry) touches. Great value for money, partially over the Bank Holiday Weekend when hotels hike up their prices. 'Brunch in Bed' was a lovely touch, brought at the time requested. All the staff I met were warm and friendly. I would definitely stay again!

We live in London and had booked train tickets to Brighton to do some weekend christmas shopping, but found that nearly all hotels were fully booked or too expensive. Most online will only accept a 2 day booking during the christmas period also, which is awkward when you only want to come for one night. I emailed Strawberry Fields and... More

Lovely welcome, staff could not of been more helpful. Room (8) Lovely and clean, I was a little worried after reading some of the reviews but it was very clean. Yes there was some noise from revellers coming in on Friday night but..its Brighton! I cant say that it spoilt our sleep, just roll over and nod back off! All... More
