Stayed for two nights, really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff. Greeted by the very welcoming Patrick who bent over backwards for us and the other guests. Excellent room and breakfast. Very nice showers and facilities in the bedroom. Great location with everything Brighton has to offer within short walking distances.
