Positives: Cheap for Brighton so great for young people like us with little money. No curfew which was great. Free wifi, a tea and coffee station downstairs. Everything was clean and functioning. Nice location. Great views. Friendly staff. Fridge-freezer in our room was a nice surprise. Negatives: Pay by cash only, could have done with more plates in the kitchen,... More

We booked this hotel because I was following a two week course and my partner was going along for a holiday and so we wanted something cheap and centrally located. The hotel was perfectly located just two minutes from the seafront, and very close to the centre of both Brighton and Hove (15 minutes walk to college for me in... More

We stayed here for a busy weekend in September and were really pleased. Having seen a few hotels in the area at the same price, we were very relieved to find the Miami hotel which was clean, cool, had a tv and even a little kitchenette in our room. Very friendly receptionist too. No frills but perfect if you'd like... More

This is an excellent place to stay in Brighton if you are on a tight budget. I visited with my son for a few days and am really pleased. I'd go back again. Don't expect frills for the price, but it is clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly. I appreciated the small (they are tiny) kitchens that enabled self... More

Even though the corridors are thin and the toilets/shower is communal, we had a great stay here for a weekend in Brighton. The sea view from the front rooms of the hotel is great with nice greenery in the boulevard in front with a nice pavillion on the prominard in the centre of view that is lit up at night.... More

Me and my friend visited Brighton for a couple of nights in July to explore the south coast. Being new to England we didn't really know what to expect but the Miami Hotel was just what we really needed: a perfect location just at the seafront, 10 minutes away from the centre, an amazing seaview ( we were lucky to... I'll start with a compliment - the location is great. After that i'm struggling. It's a ramshackle of a place from a particularly naff 70s period. After carrying our luggage up flight after flight of narrow stairways we discovered a room (without en suite) that takes the description "basic" to its extreme. It had a bed, which was fine, and...
