This is a great little hotel near the sea front. There is always a warm welcome and the rooms are clean and comfortable. There is no lift so try to book a room on one of the lower floors if stairs are not your thing. The breakfast is a picnic fair delivered to your room and really tasty. One down... More

I had a lovely 4 night stay. I had pre-warned the owner about my late arrival, but still had a call to check all was okay and I was still coming. A good friendly welcome late at night. I felt safe as a lone female walking to the hotel at night. Lots of street lights. It is a town house... More

We were given a nice, bright cheerful spacious room. Internet was free and was of fairly good speed. Milk sachets, coffee & tea bags were provided along with 2 kitkats. Iron and Hair-dryers were provided. Breakfast didn't manage to fill me up as there was no option of eggs or sausages. For lovers of good old wholesome English Breakfast, this is... More

On the whole, a nice place, close to the Brighton Pier. A walkable distance from the railway station (though it's better to take a bus on the way back because you'll have to go uphills). Very welcoming hosts. The only problems are that there's no lift (but it's common for British B&Bs) and that there's very little space for your... More

This is a nice, comfortable Bed&Breakfast in Brighton. We had a room on third floor which had a partial view of the sea. It was equipped with essentials like iron & electric kettle and had free Internet, though no water bottle was provided. One minor hassle was taking luggage up and down so many steps. I have mixed feelings about... More

My husband and I have just gotten back from a lovely short break away in Brighton for our minimoon. The room was very nice with an ensuite shower room. The shower room was small but well laid out, the only down side being that my husband is very tall and the toilet is very close to the door, and shower... More

A very warm welcome and a small but adequate room tastefully decorated in a modern style with a lovely flower window box. Powerful and hot shower, but could barely open the bathroom door because the bed took up most of the room. The hotel was in a great location for nearby restaurants and shops, as well as the seafront and... More

I was travelling on my own this time. Short visit to Brighton and surrounding ares to meet my friends after too many years. Very friendly host and lovely breakfast hamper. I had small room towards the park and saw glimpse of sea. There was enough room for one person. Bed was good but sleeping wasn't as walls seemed to be... More

Hosts couldn't have been more lovely, location was far enough out to be quiet but really not far from town, the room was perfectly sized, clean and nicely decorated, and breakfast - I have to say, probably one of our favourites ever from a hotel! There was something really lovely about being able to sit in bed and tuck into... More
