I was there for 3 days, and I liked it. The staff was very friendly, the room very clean, no complain at all. Lot of people complain about the single room is small. Come on, what you need anything else than a clean room, bed, TV, coffee, tea? IN BRIGHTON GO TO THE BEACH, and DON'T SLEEP TOO MUCH :)... More

For a solo stay this was ideal. Vicky, the manager, was superb. She is by far the best asset this business has. I was very impressed with her friendly and professional devotion to looking after the guests. Next really strong point is location. Easy walk to the beach, town, or local shops. This was exactly what I was looking for... More

We stayed in a room accommodating three (one large double and one single bed). Although the room was quite small and on the third floor (not suitable for the less able), it was well equipped with everything necessary for a short break, however there was no bath, just a shower. The decor of the room was pleasant, boutique-style, it was... More

Ok as Guest house it was fine and very clean. Room was small, Shower/toilet tiny and no cooked breakfast. For £115 expected more. At £50 would have been reasonable. On the plus side is very close to the sea front.

This small B&B is simply too small, too far and too basic. The facilities were clean and the room also very clean. A poor rating here because; My single room was VERY small. I can tolerate small rooms in the UK and Brighton, but this was closet size small. The location is farther than 400 mtrs to the pier. It... More

A one night stay in July 2013. A nice experience in this charming B&B in a centrally located character house. Pros - my single room had enough space, was nicely decorated and very clean. Some thought had gone into placement of plug outlets etc, and the bathroom (while quite small) was fine. Hostess tray included several small treats (Lindt chocolate... More

Overall its a very nice place to stay, in a quiet street, close to the pier. My boyfriend and I stayed for a couple of nights. What a nice , sparkling ,clean room and comfortable bed .... But we found the shower cubicle a bit small, and the breakfast time a bit awkward, really quiet, even the owners looked a bit shy - we... More

We stayed at short notice as our usual hotel had been double booked. The hotel itsel was clean and well maintained, as was the room. However the breakfast was absolutely disgraceful especially as we were initially going to be charged £175 per night (but struck a deal for £350 for 3nights) This place is nice enough but definitely does not... We stayed on short notice on a Friday night. Vicky, (the owner?) waited for us to arrive even though we were later than expected, and was very accomodating. The room was cozy, but perfectly nice, and the hotel is right in the heart of the bustling bars of st James street (but still quiet). It's 30 seconds from the beach... More

Even though we arrived a 9am, we found that our room was ready, we had room 8 a triple at the top of the hotel, 3 floors up. Vicky even offered to take our case up. She explained about the parking and off we went to see the parade. When we came back we found our present of Lindt Chocolate... More
