Exactly as the Hotel information described it. Our Superior Room was excellent, very clean, tidy and well maintained. Soft fluffy towels were there as described, nice decor. Breakfast was very good, fresh and prepared to our taste cereals, croissants, toast and fresh pots of tea, with comfortable modern furniture and table wares. Staff all very, very friendly and welcoming. We would... More

This was our third stay at Four Seasons and, yet again, we had a fantastic time. As always, we received a warm welcome and was made welcome throughout our time there. We stayed in the Superior King room. The room and bathroom was very clean and tidy, and came with tea/coffee making facilities, which can be enjoyed whilst relaxing in... More

I chose this guest house as I was running Brighton Marathon and wanted somewhere close to the centre to stay. I found the rooms compact but with everything you need. The layout of the rooms was designed for comfort. Th service from the owners and staff was brilliant. I felt welcome and catered for. Breakfast was put on earlier to... More

I now stayed for the third time and can only recommend the little guest house. Small but clean rooms, bathroom tiny but en suite and fully equipped. Situated between center, Kemptown and the beach the location is ideal for shopping, a stroll at the beach, sightseeing or gay bar-hopping. Breakfast in many varieties from fully english, vegetarian or continental (meaning... More

The staff were really helpful about activities, parking, sights to visit, etc. The room was beautifully decorated and well equipped. Had 2 nights of excellent sleep, on a very comfortable bed. Location excellent, 5 mins from sea, close to shops. Breakfast was very well cooked, and not cheap ingredients. (I have 2 previous experiences of other places in Brighton) and... More

Staff are super lovely and nice but rooms are well too small. Feeling cramped everywhere you walked...not just so....welll disappointed with the towels that are provided.....you got this little cotton keep fallen off from the towel when you are drying your hair....Would expected better quaity in 4 star guest house.

Had a lovely stay for two nights. First time staying at a guest house, always stayed in hotels.Thought as Brighton being a cosmopolitan town,me and my partner would choose a b&b,as are reluctant on how certain b&b owners are on being of same sex couples in other towns.. Couldn't fault a thing, GO! It's great .enjoy

I spent two nights at Four Seasons Brighton in August 2011 and I had a lovely stay at this B&B. It was the right choice for a lady travelling alone. Initially I booked a single room for a longer period but then had to make changes to my itinerary at the eleventh hour and the amendments to my booking were... More

A really good value for money guest house in a terrific location. The room although small was beautifully furnished with quality fittings, towels, quilts etc. The hosts go out of their way to ensure that everything was fine from my parking permit to recommending a restaurant. The Lanes shopping area and the Cultural Quarter were an easy 10 minute walk... More
