Had a fabulous stay here at the four seasons guest house. Great location within walking distance to the beach and the lanes shopping area also some great bars and restaurants nearby. Very clean and comfortable with lovely large rooms. Breakfast was continental and was very nice. Would recommend and will stay again.

I would recommend a light bag, especially if your room is at the highest floor..😄...but you will be rewarded with a lovely and cozy room with an extra comfortable bed, nicely decorated and super clean. Location is perfect. Nice and friendly area with shops and bars nearby and few steps from the front sea, away from the crowds. Hosts are... More

Stayed for two nights at this very nice recommended guesthouse. A short walk to the main centre, this was ideal with a quick cab ride from the railway station. Breakfast is included and permit parking can be arranged through the owners. Staying in room seven, a king size bed, it was clean and very comfortable. Despite the very hot weekend... More

This Victorian terrace house has been modernised to a high standard and provides an excellent base for visiting the area with very welcoming staff. It is only 5-10 minutes walk to the famous Regency Pavilion in an up coming area of the town. Continental breakfast is included in the price and is as expected quite simple and includes your choice... More

We have just returned from a lovely long weekend break at the 4 seasons, this guest house is perfectly located for a stay in Brighton - away from the noise and bustle of the city but close enough to walk to [approx 10 -15 mins stroll along the seafront], there are some lovely restaurants and bars locally to the guest... Stayed for one night in December. Excellent room, spacious, well-decorated and equipped with tea/coffee-making facilities. Free Wi-Fi .Bathroom fine , not spacious but more than sufficient with a good shower. Had pre-booked a large bed and it did not disappoint, very comfortable and definitely big .The weather was dreadful so instead of spending an evening in the town we simply... More

Stayed here for a weekend break. Lovley room, comfy bed, good facilities and a cracking breakfast! Fabulous location. Close to everything without the rowdiness and plenty of things to do. Perfect for a young couple.

Stayed here for 2 nights and loved it. Our hosts were very friendly. We were in room 5 which was very spacious and comfortable. Room had a small fridge with complimentary water, tea/coffee making facilities with biscuits and chocolate. There was a large standing fan which was a godsend in the hot weather. Bed was extremely comfortable too. Overall a... More
