The Beach Hotel has a prime location along Brightons sea front with an original seaside hotel feel. Although perhaps a little dated the hotel still has a grand aura about it which is priceless and provides character. With loverly high ceilings and huge bay windows the room made me feel excited and special. All of the expected essentials were provided... More

Pros - The hotel is in a fantastic location, there is a 24 secure car park opposite (but underground so you can't see it.) Our room was overlooking Regency Square, you could also see the sea and old pier. Comfy mattress on my bed. The staff were all friendly. Cons - Breakfast is a buffet affair, plates were very small... I've stayed at the hotel for a little bit more than a month. All the people working at the hotel were lovely and really helpful. Complimentary breakfast was amazing. Very clean and tidy. It's an old hotel, so it could have some improvements in the building, but overall i had a very nice experience and is in great location. For... More

Just one night when working in Brighton area. I understand this was a budget hotel, but it really needs some TLC and changes to policy to improve things. On the plus side, my room was nice and large with a good view over the square and sea front. It is centrally located On the minus side, I arrived late afternoon... More

Beautiful building that has become tired inside, needs some love and care...Smokey smelling room which made everything feel dirty, even though bedding, towels and bathroom were spotless. Great view over the square, along with sea view and little balcony. Again tired staff who just appear to be going through the motions, along with a breakfast that is great if you... More

Booked a twin room, thankfully only me in it, really small, when I opened the door, it hit the second bed, room was too warm and in need of a spruce up. The breakfast was adequate at best but the staff were nice. The hotel was noisy, had a room on the ground floor and because the WIFI was only... More

Small and dirty rooms. The worst breakfast I've eaten. Would never stay there again even if I was paid to do it. A lot of nice hotels in Brighton and this one is definitely not one of them . The only good thing about this place is location.

Firstly, let me start by saying that the staff were great, friendly and helpful. Now to the room.......Well we stayed from the 28th July to the 31st in a family room. We were in room 6 on the ground floor. Talk about grubby! There were stains everywhere, no mattress protectors and of the 4 beds in the room, nothing matched.... More

Fab location car park right outside which is £20 for 24hr stay Central location with helpful and attentive staff Breakfast was a cooked breakfast or a selection of fruit and yoghurts or toast. Room was large with big bay window overlooking the sea would very much recommend Although it could do with smartening up it was clean and well maintained... More
