I recently went to Brighton on a work conference. I travelled down with a friend two days before so we could enjoy a weekend that was expected to have exceptional weather. We paid £85 a night for two nights, so cheap but not the cheapest. We had a warm welcome and was handed a key with a big plank of... more

Ended up here as everything else on Brighton seemed to be fully booked and I needed room for two nights. I have to say that the hotel staff are very welcoming, polite and nice, that's how they succeeded to lure me in staying at this place. They were out of singles so I had to take a double for 70... more

£90 B&B you get a hotel with carpets that are so worn there is no pattern.Walls with holes in and lumps of plaster and wallpaper hanging off the Walls.A shower that drips and gets just above luke warm. I'm not one to normally complain but for the money, this place is the pits!!! AVOID at all costs more

We stayed for one night for a birthday. Its very cheap and cheerful but if you are not going to be in the hotel room for long and will spend most of the day and night exploring then all you need is a clean bed, toilet and a decent breakfas then this is for you. Parking is right outside and... more

Me and my parents enjoyed our 2 day stay at this hotel. It is situated virtually on the sea front and we checked in one afternoon knowing nothing about it. The blonde receptionist (I thought she was French but my dad reckoned she was Polish) offered my parents a double room for £55 a night, and although she didn't have... more

The Brighton Beach Hotel is not the same hotel as the Beach Hotel. The ratings I have added do not reflect this hotel. The Brighton Beach Hotel is situated with a view of the 'new' Pier not the Old pier that is being taken down. If booking check the reviews are regarding the correct hotel. I can only vouch for... more

Me and seven of my friends stayed in the Brighton Beach Hotel for one night and it was a disaster from start to finish. When we arrived we were told there wasn't space in their car park (it's first come first served) so we had to drive around for at least 30 minutes looking for a parking space on the... more

Stayed at the Beach Hotel for 2 nights whilst on a cricket tour to the Brighton area. I agree with most of the comments from other reviewers. The corridors and stairs are in need of redecorating, and the carpets are threadbare in places. The room we had was ok, with a view of the sea and it was clean. The... more
