Room was big and confortable.Rooms not so quiet, last night I wake-up in the middle of night with people speaking in another room.Breakfast is basic, with free continental option and a no free full english breakfast, without many options.Hotel is 8 minutes walking downtown, what is not special about Brighton.Hosts are friendly, when you find them.It´s easy to find them... “Ideal location. Nothing is too much trouble very tasteful decor”

The owners welcomed us by giving us a free upgrade as they weren't full.the room was amazing gorgeous decor lovely views of the sea. In a nutshell amazing value for money. Will be coming back !!

One of the best hotels we have stayed in in Brighton. Lee and Marcus are lovely, so friendly and helpful. Room 7 was fantastic, bed was wonderfully comfy - best nights sleep I've had for ages. Breakfast excellent. Can't recommend this hotel highly enough. We will definately book here again.
