We had a two night stay and were made very comfortable during our visit. In fact we were upgraded to the garden room downstairs, which was fantastic with a king size bed; fluffy towels; robes and slippers-not to mention the bath spa. I totally agree with all of the excellent reviews below. Everything was clean & modern, the hosts are so friendly & helpful..and the breakfast is perfect, no grease at all. My friend & I stayed in Room 6 (Kingsize/Twin on the top floor) & couldn't fault it. Its large, clean & comfortable with a great shower. Will return again :) more

We were in Brighton on a family emergency and the weather was awful. The one bright spot of our trip was the Brightonwave and the hospitality provided by Richard and Simon. Our room was a comfort to come back to each evening; the breakfasts were wonderful; the location could not be more convenient. I cannot recommend the Brightonwave highly enough. more
