A thoroughly enjoyable weekend - received a warm & freindly welcome by the owners - rooms very clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast was enjoyable with a good selection of choice & efficient service. There was internet access - a selection of DVD's to loan, TV, radio, cd player in rooms and also tea, coffee, drinking chocolate etc & SWEEts!! - which... more

We stayed here for 4 nights and couldn't really fault it. Breakfast was lovely, free use of laptop and printer, sweets in the room. Sheets were changed daily, gorgeous toiletries to use. Only downside is the rooms are a bit on the small side but it was a small price to pay for a really pleasant stay. Richard and Simon... more

We stayed here over Easter 2009. Couple of Aussies having a holiday in the UK. We were in room 6 on the top floor, the room was spacious, bright and decorated in an upmarket, modern design, unlike so much of the twee "olde english" tat that abounds. The room had a smart, modern ensuite,a huge king size bed, flat screen... more

We recently stayed for 2 nights at the Brightonwave and recommend it very highly, particularly if you are looking for a central location, within easy walking distance of the bars, restaurants, shops and the Royal Pavilion. We stayed in one of the king size rooms, right at the top of the tall, narrow building. It was a bit of a... more

My boyfriend and I (and sister and her husband) stayed at the Brightonwave 2 weekends ago for the Big Beach Boutique Festival and it was great. The hotel is ideally situated, just a stones throw from the sea and all the shops, restaurants and bars. We even managed to park right outside for a bargain £5 a day (vouchers bought... more

Before I give you my complaint I will say that the Brightonwave hotel was fine, very clean and modern with nice staff and lovely breakfast. Plus it's in a good location to the sea and for going in to town. We booked a standard room and were given the downstairs one and I found the smell of damp overpowering. They... more

Two nights at The Brightonwave during a wet and windy August weekend. The hotel is very nicely decorated and Richard and Simon and attentive and friendly hosts. Room 2 with the modern four poster and small balcony (two seats and views of the sea) was really nice with a very comfortable king bed. Breakfast was excellent. Well located for Kemptown... more

Great location near St James street and the seafront. Check-in was easy and Simon and Richard, the owners, were friendly and helpful throughout. Breakfasts, especially the pancakes with fresh fruit, were delicious. There were nice little touches too in the rooms, such as Wi-Fi, bottled water and chocolates. A very enjoyable stay. Thanks guys. more

We stayed Monday to Friday at the Hotel this month. It was a lovely hotel with a great location, mins for the sea front but on a relativley quiet street. The hotel was modern, clean and quiet and the breakfasts were great also! Would highly recommend ! more

I have just returned from a weekend break at the Brightonwave & booked a further 3 rooms for my friends & sometimes because you like a hotel that does not mean that everyone else will find it as good. But once again this hotel as ticked all the boxes - the rooms are second to none & the breakfast is... more
