This property is at a great location within walking distance to city centre, pier, shops and restaurants. The owners were wonderful in giving us an orientation to the neighbourhood and recommending great restaurants. They also let us have a late check-out as we were travelling to the airport in the afternoon. The rooms (we had two) are as nice as... More

The Limehouse hotel in Brighton is fantastic hotel to stay in. Me and my boyfriend stayed there for a night and I would recommend it. The staff where friendly, helpful and didn't pester you. We had a little problem with the smell of one room, but the staff sorted that straight away. They did this by upgrading our room for... More

Expected somewnat better? More a hostel feel than a hotel. The narrow corridors and cheap and nasty doors make if feel like a hostel and although the bedroom was light airy, clean and contemporary with comfy bed, sofa, to and tea and coffee making, the bathroom had a horrible smell of damp and was dark and unattractive. I had my... More

I find it hard to understand this review since we are unable to work out who it was. There was no one in our records who left after one night and we certainly do not charge £155 for a Friday night. We are a Regency building with all the restrictions and attractions that go with it. So it makes us... More

We were saddened to read this review which does not in any way reflect the circumstances of this guests stay (or indeed departure) with us. We have received many trip advisor review comments on the excellent standard of accommodation, our location and especially the fresh and clean decor. Unfortunately, this weekend one of our rooms was left uninhabitable and after... More

Clean tidy room nicely done😊 location great to get everywhere. Easy walk to seafront. only criticism was the bathroom mirror was set 2 high for me to do makeup I'm 5'5. Take slippers - wooden floor. We were lucky to be able to park on square but not cheap so need to add that into cost of room. Lovely places... More

Decided to come on a romantic weekend away here (2 nights). Parking was great, came at 4pm and managed to park directly outside. £10 per 24 hours was good! First impressions of room was average, room was basic and there were paint stains (i think it was paint) on the floor. The bathroom was small. However, the longer i spent... More

I stayed here with my partner for two nights and we had the top floor suite. The room itself was lovely, light and spacious and the bed was enormous and comfortable! There were sea views and we had everything we required! My partner asked for plates, champagne glasses etc which were provided! Amazing service, a beautiful room and very reasonably... More

We spent 5 days in Brighton and it was enhanced by our stay at The Limehouse. The room was light, fresh and beautifully furnished with all essentials for our stay. The Limehouse is in the lovely 'buzzing' area of Kemptown with lots to see and do yet the room was quiet and restful. It is only a minute to the... More

A lovely 2 night stay at the Limehouse, whilst meeting up with friends. 1st time here and will be back. Room decorated lovely and clean. The Limehouse is in an excellent location, 5 mins from the pier, a 10 minute walk to the lanes - couldn't be easier to get around!

This is a lovely small hotel with well equipped, spacious and thoughtfully furnished rooms. Close to the sea and within easy walking distance of a multitude of things to do in Brighton,, A wonderful find
