My friend and I started searching for accommodation in Brighton only two days before we were supposed to go; needless to say, we were very limited in choices. The fact that our arrival date was a Saturday also did not help. My friend picked and paid for this hotel before we found out about this wonderful trip advisor tool and... more

Myself and partner just returned from a weekend in Brighton and ended up staying at Millards as it was the only B&B that would except a one night only booking. Reading some of the reviews made us a bit sceptical but as it turned out we were really pleased that we chose this B&B as it was just perfect for... more

Had some trouble booking in as the person looking after the hotel for the owner had gone shopping. Tony did come down and help us and upgraded our room. The location i quite central to the shops and pier but the parking is limited and the area around the hotel is dirty and run down...saying that the service and cleanliness... more

Last week my wife and I stayed here with my sister and friends. We received a warm welcome from Tony, the proud owner of this hotel. He is charismatic and friendly. I wasn't surprised to see an abundance of 'Thank You' cards on display from previous guests. If you want to stay in a comfortable, clean hotel that's close to... more

This is a very clean and friendly hotel with a warm welcome from all the staff, and a really good cooked breakfast (great sausages!). The location couldn't be better, 1 minute from the seafront with loads of bars and restaurants nearby. more

My friend and I (two ladies of mature years) were warmly welcomed by Tony, the owner, and shown to our room - lovely comfy beds, excellent ensuite shower etc, perfectly clean and newly painted, with modern lively pictures on the walls. Really friendly greeting - like being welcomed into someone's home. The hotel is in a wonderful position just a... more

We had a very strange experience! The owner asked us on arriving why we had booked the room we had and became very defensive of what he was about to show us. He showed us the description on laterooms as saying a compact bathroom and obviously looking at my boyf who is 6ft 3 he became worried. We said this... more

I've just come back from Millards and I would thoroughly recommend it. I received a very friendly welcome from Tony, my room was very clean and ideal for my one night stay. The location was perfect, you literally pop your head out the door and there's the sea! Everything is within walking distance and Tony is more than happy to... more

Just got back from the Millards Hotel, must say was very nice and pleasant experience, didnt encounter any problems. ( apart from getting a parking fine which was down to my own fault) the famous "Tony" is very helpful and joker, he helped us to find a parking and is a nice guy. Would certainly be going back there again,... more
