The hotel generally is very good with attentive, helpful staff, excellent communal areas and great breakfasts. However beware of the room size and the parking facilities. We booked a double with balcony overlooking the marina and sea. There was only just room for the double bed, a small dressing table, a two drawer chest and a small chair. There was... More

I do love this hotel. I've stopped here on a number of occasions and love..... the location ...the free parking....the breakfast ........but I'm sorry try as I might it desperately needs some TLC. I stopped here for the August BH weekend and booked the large room with a Marina view..£200 plus per night which for Brighton puts the hotels in... More

Having stayed in Brighton numerous times, we thought we would opt for a hotel in a quieter location. We opted to stay in a king size room with views inland. The positives to this hotel are: quiet and peaceful location, friendly staff, big bed, nice shower, good choice for breakfast, still walking distance to Brighton, free parking, room service, plenty... We stayed for 3 nights celebrating a family wedding, from checkin to checkout this was an enjoyable and memorable stay. The staff carry this hotel, their friendliness and professionalism is up there with the best. The hotel itself is lovely, comfortable, clean and minimal with furnishings. Food was very good and breakfast had something for everyone, we couldn't ask for... More

We found the Seattle clean and comfortable. It's in the marina, which is more or less an 80s shopping mall with boats and chain restaurants and a big ASDA - not really very scenic, but it was clean and quiet. The free parking (very useful in Brighton) was easy to get to and not too far away. Our room had... More

We returned to Brighton for a break and chose the Seattle as it was well positioned and offered free parking ( very useful as very expensive to park in town) although in a nearby multi-storey seemed safe enough to us. It was a 30 minute walk along the front but a pleasant walk that we did several times over our... More

This is becoming our 'go to place' when we want to get away to Brighton in a hurry. We've been here twice this year and both times - one in winter and one in summer - have been different.but reassuringly familiar. If you know what I mean. Rooms are decent sizes and while the bathroom is not luxurious, it's perfectly... More

We arrived at the hotel late on in the evening and our initial impression was not great. Advertised as having free parking, which was one of the reasons we booked, we were disappointed to find that it was in multi storey away from the hotel. The car park did not look particularly secure and so we were unsure about leaving... More

We have stayed here on several occasions before so we thought we would book for another short stay in Brighton as we were visiting friends near by and also planned another trip to Brighton Pavilion. The Seattle hotel is now looking tired and in need of a complete refurbishment, the rooms don't appear to have been repainted in the 10... More

A nice comfortable bed in a decent room which was unfortunately far too hot. A noisy fan was provided but it still did not help much. The feel of the hotel was nice overall but the carpets definitely need a change. They were worn and dirty and just probably old from wear and tear. Finding the entrance was a task... More
