My boyfriend took me here for my birthday and when I first saw the room I was astonded, it was great. We were in the bejing dragon. I noticed on most surfaces that there was a little dust but not too bad and other than that I certainly saw nom mould anywhere or anything unpleasant. I was a little disappointed... more

Hotel owner / staff very polite, friendly & helpful, Hotel it's self was very nice, clean & welcoming. Our room " Le Chambre De Louis" was spacious & airy, with a balcony which was an added bonus. After reading the reviews we decided to make up our own mind on this quaint hotel. Im glad we did as we found the stay a awesome experience. Would definately go there again. stayed in the beijing dragon room for 2 nights no complaints. lovely room. very close to town and beach restaurants within walking distance. would rate this hotel as excellant very nice owners and had a lovely breakfast. Met by one of the owners on arrival who had obviously been drinking , after check in we never saw another member of staff until breakfast next day .We stayed in the Prince Regent room on the first floor, room had good decor,but paintwork was old and flaking and in desperate need of refreshing ,as was the whole place really.... more

Love it here. Stayed twice now and will stay again. Choosing a different room each time. The rooms are all individually themed and full of character. The staff are friendly and helpful. Great location too. Negatives are the breakfast which was a bit 'thrown together' and the paintwork could do with a bit of TLC here and there. The climb... more

Stayed one night here and not in a particular rush to return. Room was clean, though carpet quite stained. Also noted unattractive stain on back of bedspread. Bathroom very nice. Bed not great.
