If your working in Brighton then this is the place to stay for value.

The owner is very helpful, and if you are on an extended working visit he'll do his best to keep your room for you for the following week.

I stayed Monday to Thursday, and for £60 for 4 nights (room only) you couldn't have asked for more.

The rooms have freeview TV, Tea and coffee facilities, and sink. Shared toilet and shower on the landing.

The room is clean and you can't fault the value.

I stayed in other places wich were far worse and paid a lot more! more
