No more than 3 minutes walk to a variety of shops. The sea front is approximately 7 minutes walk from hotel. Also easy access to a variety of restaurants. Only snag is the occasional presence of homeless individuals near the front of the entrance of the hotel. Car parking could be an issue if you are not willing to pay.... More

Good value for money. The checking in process was straighforward the rooms were clean, tidy and comfortable. Spacious rooms and the beds are very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent, there was a wide range of choices.

My second stay here. First time it was a fair price but due to this trip being bank holiday it was mores pensive but we paid Almost doubly this time which was to much for a budget hotel. But due to lack of choices we stayed here as its a present and clean enough hotel. Location good and staff friendly.

We stayed a in premier inn that had been renovated in Dover and it was a great experience from start to finish. Unfortunately this place was not the same. When we walked into the hotel, the reception was nice and when we walked Into the room it looked okay. It was only when we got back late at night and... More

Speedy and efficient check in. Rooms clean and well maintained. WIFI in the rooms good. Dinner on the first evening good value and the service attentive. Breakfast full of feral chav families involved in a speed eating contest. The lack of manners and indifference by guests displayed to staff members was disgusting. Such a shame, but if I wished to... Having booked direct and pre-paid on the Premier Inn website, when I arrived I was told I had to check in using an automated machine yet 2 people were at the check-in desk waiting to serve! It then told me it "cannot process check-in", so back to the check in advisor who couldn't find the booking! The other assistant then... More

Very good central location but hotel looks run down from outside and at best is average inside. Worst ever sleep at a premier inn, bed far too soft, kept rolling into the middle. Lights outside shining into our room. Rude guests. Would not return.

This hotels is centrally located for the train station, sea front and the lanes all within walking distance 5-10 mins max!! Plenty of bars and restaurants surround the hotel. Got a great deal £30 each per night which is excellent for Brighton. The room was massive with a sea view (room 710) the 7th floor does have one set of... More
