This really is a lovely place to stay if you like; friendly hosts, a lovely breakfast, spotlessly clean rooms, and a great location. The best of all was Phil, Ken and Mark could not have made us feel more welcome. This was our second visit to the hotel and will definitely be going back there in the very near future.... more

We had a great time at this hotel. We went on parents recommendation, and we would certainly recommend this hotel to anybody! We had a very warm and friendly welcome, and were given lots of helpful tips. The room was beautifully decorated, just like the pictures on the website. The room service was great, food was served very quickly and... more

Myself and 3 other friends have just enjoyed a 3 night stay in the family room. We recieved a warm, friendly welcome and were made to feel very relaxed and cared for. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit Brighton,as it is in a good location for access to places. The breakfast was superb and was always served... more

Arrived earlier than anticipated and received a cheery welcome from Ken, who showed us to our room immediately after check-in. We stayed in the Pompeii Pavilion and found it to be immaculately clean with some very nice extra touches, such as a clock, DVD player - and decent sized towels, which is a rarity these days! The room dimensions are... more

This was our second stay with Ken & Phil at their hotel and this was every bit as enjoyable as the first. Nothing is too much trouble, we found Ken & Phil to be charming hosts. The hotel is suberbly decorated with loving attention given to the smallest detail. So far we have stayed in the Garbo & Camelot Pavelions... more

My friend and I absolutely loved our stay in the 'Royal' Suite! The hotel was plush, clean, fragrant and very comfortable, as was the suite. The welcome and provisions made were just right. Phill and Ken have been very considerate in planning these things out. The bed was comfortable and we loved the room decor. There was ample space to... more

We were taken upstairs to our room by a very helpful and welcoming Phill and when I saw the room, my first word was, 'WOW!' We were booked into the The Titanic Pavillion and it really was a breathtaking sight. The detailed and themed decoration was superb in every aspect. A beautiful smell in the air came from fresh cut... more

Have previously been to pavilions as a couple and had loved it. Now with a young baby in tow thought that as we were visiting Brighton we would try it again. We decided to treat ourselves to the Royal Pavilion themed room which was extremely elegant, and also large enough for our travelling cot. It also had fabulous spring flowers... more

What can I say. I booked this little gem on the strength of the reviews given on Trip Advisor. My husband & I were not disappointed. We spent three nights in the Garbo Pavilion. Compact, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The owners, Ken & Phil, were helpful, courteous and always had time for a chat. We were very tempted to... more

My partner and I stayed in the gorgeous, classic 'Greta Garbo' Suite for 2 nights to celebrate The New Year in Brighton. We had previously, the night before, experienced an awful B&B and was thankfully rescued by the lovely owners of this hotel. We were kindly reassured and had our confidence reinstalled that we had made the right decision to... more
