I came to Brighton for a hen weekend with 9 other girls. The room layout was two people on the 1st floor, four people on 2nd, two on the 3rd and another two. The 1st and 2nd floor rooms were ok however the all the tv's were very temperamental, the taps in the sink were leaking, one shower had jets... More

Very basic cheap hotel on the Brighton sea front. Funny layout and feels run down and in need of some help. Good size room but needs upgrade. Windows could do with a some soundproofing, it felt like they were wide open at night it was so noisy. But, it's a cheap hotel so not unexpected.

I was in Brighton for a few days with my mates, we stayed at a very warm and comfortable guest house. Although the rooms were small (as expected), the beds were pleasant, bathrooms were clean, most of all there was a beautiful view of the Brighton seafront. Due to its location, everything was easily accessible, maximum 5 minutes walk to... More

I stayed here for one night in late August with my partner and my mother in a "triple room" to save money as prices in Brighton during the summer holidays can really rise. Despite having booked in January, the woman who checked me in had it on her records that there were only two people staying. This became an issue... More

Went on my hen weekend with my matron of honour and shared a very small and uncomfortable double bed in a very small room! Wasn't very clean! Shower faulty so had to get them to fix it! Shower in room so no privacy! Had to share a toilet on landing two floors down which was not cleaned the whole weekend!... More

Stayed one night for a wedding, very polite staff cannot complain , but room was awful. Tiny tiny tiny what a money grabbing way of increasing your revenue, by cutting a double room in half and fitting 2 double beds in it. The room had dark hairs in the skirting boards , the toilets on the landing stunk . Never... More

arrived to find this hotel is actually 2* and the twin en suite happened to be a double, with single bed. Very scruffy! Disappointing £69 charge for this. Scruffy Banner outside says:£20pp a night.Heavens knows what them rooms would look like! Had to upgrade to another room, which happens to be in the adjoining Granville Hotel, Also advertised here on... More

Good hotel for the price you pay just a couple of let downs like the shower and the bathroom looks like it may need some tlc and a scour to get rid of some muck and the shower didnt work properly it ran hot and cold every second and it dribbled out which was not to great. If your going... More

A lovely little hotel next to the beach. Great service, relaxing atmosphere and good breakfast. Well worth your while. Room was small, but adequate for my needs. I woulnd't have minded a lift, since my room was at the top floor, but they say exercising is good for you.
