The location is perfect and the staff are very nice. The rooms are dated and fairly basic. Comfortable enough. Bathroom was a wet room which made it wet for those wanting to use the loo. Breakfast was nice. Good hotel if with mates but I'd go elsewhere if I was looking for a romantic getaway. More

Booked a sea view room through Late rooms, very pleased with the room. Spacious and a great view of the sea and the Brighton Wheel, Reception staff very helpful and would recommend this hotel to everyone.
