Hotel is well positioned on the sea front close to Kemp Town, the room we had was average, the bed was very comfortable, the shower was not very good quite low pressure. There is some parking which is £10 per day which is very good for Brighton! I would stay again mainly for the position and that it's fairly cheap... More

Visiting Brighton and checked out this Hotel for somewhere to say for a while. I was drawn in by the clubby atmosphere (party lights, mirror ball and people dancing), and decided to stay for a bit. The reception staff asked me if I fancied a bit of Salsa dancing so I said yes. They charged me £37 pounds for a... More

I booked this hotel for myself and two friends as it seemed to value for money. The pictures made the hotel look as if it had a modern twist but when we arrived it was a run down shell dated decor. In all honesty, I felt that it would be okay as we would only be there for one night... More

If your ever offered the twin room on the ground floor, save your sanity and decline,it's small, poky, noisy and old we spent our first night in there which was sleepless and stuffy and very noisy as it is directly next door to the nightclub enterance. We asked for a different room and once the previous guests had left we moved... More

Stayed here 3 nights whilst my partner has been working at Shoreham Power Station. The location is great, straight across the road to the big wheel & pier! The hotel room was lovely & clean, Jacuzzi bath was a nice bonus too. We thought the price was a bit steep.. but we accepted that as general costs of living are... More

Stayed here for one night, had a seaview room on the 2nd floor and the view was amazing, especially at night too when the wheel and pier is all lit up, definately worth booking for the view. The location is excellent, right opposite the wheel and pier and only a little short walk to the shops. Room was basic but... More

Definitely ask for a sea room as the views were absolutely beautiful on a summers day. The hotel is opposite the current eye and so in the evening it's lovely to look out and see the pier and eye lit up. The hotel is a bit run down and could do with a huge refurbish. However the staff were lovely... More

Stayed there during the week, 4 nights. The staff were really nice and welcoming. The building is quite old so don't expect anything too flashy. However, I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was a lot nicer than I expected. Single bed, nice carpet, heater, table, chair, tv, bath, shower. I only wish that there was a fridge. Everything... More

On our arrival, we were dismayed to see the exterior of the hotel which was very shabby and unkempt. This was nothing like the pictures on the website. On entering, the lobby was clean, but not very inviting, however, the staff were friendly. We were given a double room on the first floor, which was clean but otherwise dull and... More

When we arrived our initial booking was £67, my friend thought you paid on arrival, but the booking had been cancelled as they'd tried to take out of account and wasn't in there. They had one room left although we didn't see many guests and we paid £85. The room was like a B&B, I wouldn't rate this as a... More
