FANTASTIC ! Staying at The Twenty One was a most enjoyable experience. We had a great stay - our room was bright, large, spotlessly clean and well decorated, the hosts Andy and Matt were a very welcoming, and the first class breakfast was excellent, we will definitely be going back.

This is an excelllent bed and breakfast. Matt and Andy are ideal hosts. A very relaxing place to stay. Accomodation and service first rate. Walking distance to centre and lost of good bars and restaurants nearby. I would recommend it strongly if you are visiting Brighton.
