From booking the hotel, through the confirmation call, warm welcome, well appointed and extremely comfortable rooms this was a fantastic weekend well spent. The service was spot-on, not overbearing whilst attentive and the breakfast delicious. All of us agree we're looking forward to returning. more

I always do loads of research into where we stay when we travel and I use Tripadvisor a lot. We have therefore had the pleasure of staying in many very good places and I have to say that Matt and Andy have raised the bar somewhat at The Twentyone. I won't go on about what they offer as standard or... more

Cosy and immaculately kept. Our hosts were polite, charming and very knowledgeable regarding the local scene. We used their advice and had a great time. Also a complimentary fridge (wine, Baileys, Becks) was a very pleasant and unexpected touch. The room and ammeneties were great. A very well presented hearty breakfast. The location is spot on. Overall we cannot give... more

The standard double room was small but nicely decorated and comfortable. No AC, but otherwise well-equipped, from robes and slippers to IPOD radio and DVD player. The breakfast was very good - yogurt, cereal, smoothie, fruits, croissants, hot cooked breakfast, and more! The hosts were very friendly. more

Well what more can I say all the other reviews say it all. Matt & Andy are the perfect hosts they were so friendly, made us feel so welcome and so helpful. Rooms are what I would expect in a 4/5 star hotel - clean, nicely furnished, a lovely view from our window and the extra touches made it a... more

My husband and I stayed at the 21 for 2 nights. We were in England visiting our son who is doing a GAP year so we wanted to stay close by. We had never been to Brighton and when we arrived Matt and Andy explained where to go where to eat and made us feel right at home. The rooms... more

We stayed at The Twenty One for 2 nights and to say we were impressed is an understatement. We were greeted on arrival by Andy who helped us with our luggage and showed us on a map a selection of restaurants and local sights. We stayed in room 5 which was lovely and cosy and had plenty of room for... more

It was our first trip to the south of England, and enjoyed the view on the way to Brighton. After a stop in Hastings we were much surprised arriving in wonderful Brighton. Matt and Andy welcomed us with the most care and with a nice welcome drink. They took all the time to give us explanation about the highlights in... more
