I was welcomed warmly by the staff who found rooms for all 10 in our party. All very last minute because of the snow storm. Reception did an excellent job. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast hot and sufficient. Service very attentive.

Booked in 4am. Friendly stuff. Great value for money and 5 mins walk to Brighton Pier. Rooms are little bit old but for price you pay it is reasonable. Small parking space at the front of the hotel base on first come, first serve. Buffet breakfast was included.
